They did not apply any sort of heat to take off the previous vinyl, so I'm not doing so they ripped off a nice chunk of paint from my door. The beat thing they can say is that the paint must be bad or the truck must've been painted over when truck hasn't been painted whatsoever. They informed me I could take my truck to the dealer to file a complaint about the paint being bad and that the dealer has to fix their mistake. The dealer won't honor any of this due to the fact that I am not the original owner of truck and after the truck is sold any warranties are voided after that. The owner said we can go to the dealer together to situate the problem. When I've worked at dealers and that's how they conduct business. This is pretty much standard even with non-commercial vehicles but they don't want to accept any fault. Now I'm stuck with a half done job, missing paint on a door, and looking for a new vinyl shop and a paint shop to paint the door they messed up but won't take any responsibility for.

I brought in two pieces to just get an estimate for framing but decided to go ahead and get them…read moreframed at Unicorn (instead of further shopping around) because the owner, Patrick, really knew his stuff. The first mat boards AND frames he pulled out were the perfect colors and style. He showed me several combinations after that, but I went with the first ones. Patrick understood my need for the costs not to be crazy expensive but that I still wanted them to look professional. A week later, I came back with a request for just mat board to be cut with four openings for these four smaller pieces to be grouped together. We selected a color and I pretty much left it to him as to how to crop the pieces and how big the margins would be around each piece. I wasn't in a hurry to get either job done but they were completed fairly quickly and they looked fabulous! Even the backs of each piece was clean and professional. I am very happy!
