t-mobile wifi is a joke! i had problems so i called t-mobile for help. t mobile has no techs to send out even when you pay them! t-mobile expects customers to fix any problem they have! it doesnt matter to t-mobile elderly customers pushing 90 cant fix the problems t-mobile should! after 6 years with t-mobile i certainly dont recommend this mickey mouse company! read more

This place is terrible. We have t mobile. We went in there for help and encountered the most unprofessional behavior from the staff. The manager was there, and she was rude, unhelpful, and untrustworthy. This has happened every time we've walked in that place, except for when we signed up. The staff was running around, cutting up with each other, and one staff member, a fat white lady, was threatening to call immigration, which I found terribly shocking and disappointing. An elderly lady walked in for help, and the heavy set black guy was terribly condescending and rude. He refused to help her. As soon as possible, we will be leaving T-Mobile. We will make sure not to recommend T-Mobile to anyone and everyone. read more

Since they bought out sprint my service has gone to complete crap. Dropped calls, no service, won't make calls, etc. I've been with Sprint for over 20 years so on the "family plan" so it's not easy to jump ship with everything although I'd live to because T-mobile is absolute garbage. The manager of this location, Jakob, is unreliable, at best, and dishonest, at worst. After two conversations w him about upgrading our phones, we sat up an appointment to get our entire family new phones. We scheduled the appointment when he suggested bc his "most experienced" staff would be there to ensure it went smoothly. When we arrived, none of the staff were there with whom we had spoken were present, and the staff working knew nothing about the Appointment. They were unable to make the phone upgrades we were promised, so they called Jakob at home...she had him on speaker phone, and we listened to him berate her and then hang up on his employees while they tried to help us. He then came to the store and started telling us all kinds of stories about why they can't do what he promised us...telling us that he never said wht he said...yada yada. We asked for the district manager's contact info, which he refused to provide. He said he'd have Roger, the DM call me. I'm shocked that I've never received that phone call. The philosophy of the store seems to be "Say anything to get the sale," and worry about consequences later. read more
