This is for all Best Buy in the Country: I am a Best Buy plus member…read more I just bought a TV through Best Buy app linked to my account information, so I thought that I was making a purchase from Best Buy, but without my knowledge the purchase went through Beach Camera a market place by Best Buy...however I didn't get any of my plus member benefits, like 2 years protection, no 60 day return, no return to store, no price matching. So 3 days later the tv went down $200 and I can't get the refund. All the employees at the Maple Grove store and managers we're all apologies but they can't help, it is a corporate policy. So this is a warning to everyone, be aware of who you buy from on the Best Buy app.

Currently I'm waiting for them to see if they have the iPhone 11x in my size. I think they should let me know instead of making me sit and wait. It's been 15 min so far and he told me it would be 20 min timeframe. I would recommend coming in during off peak hours. I would have but I had to work. So what can you do. I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.
