I walked in and someone assisted me right away. I believe their name was Giuseppe. I recently smashed my phone and I received a new phone through apple care. When attempting to return the broken phone I realized the SIM card was jammed. I went to this T-Mobile and they were able to replace the SIM card for me and even helped me wipe out my old phone. Great, quick service- thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it. read more

I was really apprehensive to leave Verizon. I had been with them for over 20 years and the service was always solid. However, the expense was getting crazy for a family with 4 phones. I was attracted to T-Mobile with the free phone upgrades and lower monthly cost. I stopped by this store and met with Giuseppe. This guy is great!! Answered all of our questions. No hard sales pitch, nothing like that. Honest and helpful. Took lots of time with us and we didn't even sign up at that point. Went back and signed up. Couldn't be happier with the service, just as good as we had before. No problems. Giuseppe is awesome. Don't hesitate to go talk to him and switch. You won't be sorry. read more

I recently had a problem with a phone we have had for less than 2 yrs purchased at t mobile . we brought the phone to a store in ronkonkoma - they said it will be covered under warranty or insurance . we called t mobile and spoke around 3 1/2 hrs to 10 different people that were all telling us different information finally we spoke to someone who said the phone is covered - its too long for me to write all the problems we still had getting the new phone - how many more people we talked to - then we mail the phone and then they tells we have to pay 400.00 for the phone cause it was cracked . i said i will mail you back phone and i want my phone back cause you just screwed me out of 400.00 that you said i was covered for -- i spent many more hrs talking on phone with supervisors and no budge - worst service I have ever seen !!!!!!!!no stars read more

I was surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place when I had such an awful experience. They did a poor job repairing my phone and wouldn't step up and resolve the issues they caused. I would recommend you stay away from the Bohemia location and go to any number of other places to get your phone repaired. They might as well have stolen money right from my pocket.
