This program launched in 2016. Now, the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. On June 2nd, T-Mobile members can score magenta picnic blankets. I visited this T-Mobile store on Walt Whitman Rd in Huntington Station, NY. There are a few parking spots up front. I walked in and clicked redeem on the perk and it started the timer of 5 minutes for redemption. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you to download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.

What a great guy and sales associate or tech. Joseph's customer interaction is natural. Although this was not a corporate store and Joseph did not waste my time, instead he recommended that I should seek out a Verizon authorized repair shop versus keeping me in the store trying to sell me something that I did not want. Joseph insisted that I wait for the new release so that I can have a choice of a new model versus what is already on the market. I don't find this fine quality and personal customer service from all Verizon techs, especially from an authorized dealer. What resonated most with me is that Joseph respected my time even though Joseph was eager to make a sale, he cared more about me being a satisfied member of the Verizon family. It is rare to find such quality and level of personal customer service from any Verizon techs, especially from an authorized dealer. It is too bad that I don't shop at authorized dealers because of a bad experience but Verizon- Cellular City East Islip has a jewel and his name is Joseph.
