My husband and I went to this store to have the new iPhone I pre-ordered over the phone set up. I needed to have the info from my old phone transferred to my new phone. My husband was taking my old iPhone so he needed the info transferred from his old phone to my old phone. Eddie, the store manager could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. He transferred our phones, installed screen shields and put the phones in the new cases we purchased. I highly recommend this store. The customer service is top notch! After telling me I'd purchased insurance 3 yrs back, which covered replacement, the gal who assisted me (I think she was the store supe) spent a good amount of time showing me each version of the phones and what they could and could not do. Don't trust this store. I visited the store to setup a smart watch that I bought on Amazon for my son. After multiple visits to the store and over an hour on the phone with customer care, I opted to return the watch I bought from Amazon and buy a Timex FamilyConnect watch. I thought it would be easier. It wasn't. The store manager told me they had none in stock but assured me that she'd locate one and have it in the store for me to pick up the next day by 5:00pm. I arrived at the store at 5:00pm to be told that they could not locate a watch "at any of the local stores and they would need to ship one" to me. I immediately called the Strongsville store and confirmed that they had several in stock. Bottom line...the Broadview Heights store manager doesn't care about customer service. I guarantee that she forgot to arrange a merchandise pickup and simply resorted to the easiest "solution" for her. Meanwhile I get to drive around town after a long day. read more
