Worst experience of my life. I used to go here often, when the gentlemen with the cats owned it and he helped me every time, very efficient and the cost was very reasonable. Under new management? Absolutely deplorable. Customer service was awful. Igor was rude and unkind and unhelpful. I gave him a working phone with a small crack in the screen and he has me a "repaired" screen that had no touch capability. His solution was to give me my old, cracked screen, to which he then shattered, putting back on. It's worse now than it was when I originally gave it to him and the response was a should shrug and 'sorry 'bout your luck.' DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Between the Chipotle and the Panda Express on the south side of Center Ridge at Wager. Kind of looks like a cell phone store inside and out. There seems to be a steady flow of customers. I had an iPhone who's battery gave out backed up and restored to a new phone. He did part of it while I waited, so I saw a string of people. Seems most repairs happen the same day or while you wait. All of the prices sounded very reasonable with a few freebies for really simple things. (Cleaning out a port etc.) A good choice in my opinion if you have a broken, reasonably new phone. Got my iPhone 6s battery replaced since mine would only last an hour tops...if I were super lucky. Got there, gave him my phone, waited about 10-12 minutes and boom! My iphone was revived with life! Normally I would never leave my phone unplugged during the night because I knew the battery would die in an hour, leaving me alarm-less and late for work (happened a handful of times). Now, my iphone battery acts brand new! It lasts all day and i've been leaving it unplugged during the night even with as low as 35% battery and it's still alive in the morning to wake my lazy ass up for work with all 5,873 alarms I set up (NOT a morning person...snooze is life) and still has like 31% in it! Brought my daughter iphone xr in on Nov.1st to have her screen replaced. Great service but then after 2 weeks of having it the screen stopped working. Called ahead of time said they would replace it because they sometimes get a bad batch of screens. Then the manager was extremely rude accused it as being a different phone then he said he refuses to replace it because it looks beat up.There was no damage to the phone. I had an HTC10 smart phone whose battery life diminished to the point where it would turn off when attempting to take a photo! The battery would only last about 2 hours if I barely used it! After hearing that my son had his HTC10 smart phone serviced there, I decided to give them the opportunity to replace my battery too. I brought the phone in for them to examine, prepaid for the repair and the let me know that the battery would be arriving the very next day. They called when the battery arrived, and I brought it back to the store for them to perform the work on. I took care of some errands while they were working on it, and came back just a few short hours later and the phone repair was completed. There wasn't a scratch on it -- they were able to take that beast of a phone apart and replace the battery without any problems. Have gotten my phone fixed here more than once. First two times were for a new screen after cracking the LCD. Each time was a very pleasurable experience. The two guys that work there are always honest when you ask their opinion. They are also one of the few places I have seen that fix Smartphones that actually stand behind their parts and have a lifetime warranty on their screens for DEFECTS so as long as their is no physical damage they are good about warranty work. I just recently got a new battery on my iPhone after it was getting hot & never holding a charge. Was pleasantly surprised to hear that there is a 90 day warranty on batteries. This is a grade A establishment. I suggest you come to these guys before you waste your time at Verizon,Sprint, T-Mobile, Apple, or AT&T. I took my iphone 6 in maybe 3 weeks ago because I dropped and shattered it ($100 bucks spent there) and today I had to get an iphone 8 because the screen cracked internally (if that makes sense). The phone was not dropped!! I was swiping it last night and a crack ran straight through the top and now the entire screen is gone and I now can't swipe at all.
