Terrible internet service…read more To begin, an Xfinity rep lied to me and told me I HAD to have an Xfinity modem in order for my service to work. Total BS. You can use your own modem. Liar. Next, I had to bring Xfinity's crappy modem back to the Xfinity store and get a new modem at least 7 times in the course of 4 years! Their modems are garbage. Next, Xfinity sent a firmware update to their modem last December, which blocked me from being able to use the "Max" app (HBO). I had to call Xfinity and spent probably a total of 20 hours or more speaking to useless reps who had zero answers. I FINALLY got a call from a "tier 3" tech who admitted Xfinity sent the firmware update that blocked my Max app. At some point? Max just started working again. Xfinity never took any responsibility or accountability and only gave me a minimal and asinine discount on my bill. Next, when you call Xfinity's customer service phone number? Their automated system is THE worst experience EVER. They try to force you to "chat" with a tech online. Even if you say no to the automated system. They force you anyway. The stupid "chat" tech can never help and always ends up sending you back to a phone tech. Because HEY XFINITY...YOUR COOKIE CUTTER SOLUTIONS ARE NEVER THE ISSUE. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING!!! Next, when or IF you ever do get to speak to a human being? It's some person with an accent so strong you can barely understand what they are saying!!! Way to go Xfinity. I need tech support and you outsource that to India or the Philippines??? Because you don't need to UNDERSTAND what someone is saying who is there to HELP YOU!!!! Right morons???? smh Next, Xfinity thinks it is ok to interrupt your service by updating their software EVERY GODDAMN NIGHT AT 1am!!!! Wtf!!! I like to watch movies late at night you b#st@rds!!! Thanks for making that not possible!!!! F##K Xfinity with the burning hatred of 1,000,000 suns!!!! I dropped them like a bad habit and now have Quantum Fiber optic internet. WAY better, WAY faster, great customer service and great connection.

They charged me anyway. Then I called and the person said oh don't worry, we'll take it of; I've made a note for that to be taken off. Today they just charged me it. And now I've gone through hell trying to reach a human (tip: say you're going to cancel. then they call you right back.) I said I would cancel if they didn't refund the money. They said, ok we'll "credit" you $60 (not sure how that works, as I'm cancelling), but we're keeping the other $40 we stole. I have cancelled. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. PURE EVIL.

I had a small crack at the top of my iPhone screen and took it in to get the screen replaced. They…read moreasked for payment upfront. I was hesitant but thought since it was in the ghetto, people probably take off without paying so I went ahead and paid with cash. After an hour of watching him struggle with my phone, he hands me my phone and I leave. I get in my car and nothing worked. I go back in and the tech acted surprised to see me. By this point, I was upset so I just told him to get it fixed and I went back to wait in my car. About 20 minutes later he came out to my car. I had my window down from smoking a cigarette and he hands me my phone and said, "it's fixed." I tell him to wait while I examine my phone and of course, nothing worked. I hand him the phone again and he went back inside. 30 minutes later he comes out and tells me he needs more time to fix my phone and asked me to return tomorrow afternoon. I said no, just give me my phone and I'll take it somewhere else. He pleaded with me and said his manager was on his way over to help him fix my phone and promised me that the phone would be fixed by 7:30 PM the latest. BIG MISTAKE! I arrived back at the shop at 7:25. As I entered the store i can see that the manager has another phone screen attached to my red iPhone. He tells me that the home button is broken and they are attempting to somehow install the digital home screen button on my phone. Confused and at a lost for words, I asked why are you doing that? Just fix it. The manager, a Nigerian dude proceeded to tell me he cannot fix the broken home button that I broke and I stopped him and told him, No. My phone was working just fine when I brought it in. I told him to put my phone back together and return my money. He got aggressive and said I was not getting a refund after all the time they spent on my phone. I laughted and told him he was crazy because I brought in a working phone and i am not leaving with a broken phone. He then got out from behind the service stand and tried to fight me. I didn't have any way to call for help so I went outside and stopped a lady walking by to call the police for me and the manager ran up and locked the doors. With all the ICE protesting happening, the police never showed up so I drove to the police station and filed a theft report. See you in court.

Great communication, work got done in less than 30 minutes and was by far the most affordable…read moreoption I found.
