I came back to get a screen protector replaced and ofc I got the original guy. He blatantly covered the screen in finger prints and did not remove the dust when putting on the screen protector for me. I kid you not proceeded to say you'll have to live with the bubbles, then entire screen is covered in bubbles and fingerprints now. I asked to get a new one put on and he took it to the back to the "manger" and got the bubbles removed. Then brought it back with the dust. I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager and he came out and stood literally a foot from my face to tell me that he didn't see any dust and it's not their fault. I brought up that every time I get this kid for helping me it takes 10X longer than it should. The manger told me it only takes 2 minutes to put a screen protector on. (I was standing getting the most useless help for around 40 minutes) WORST SERVICE EVER. Absolutely disgusting and I think they need to re think their training.
