When I got my bill I called customer service to inform of the billing mistake. There is a monthly bill for the trackers and the only way to get the charge off your bill is to return the trackers. I was told to take the trackers back to the store. The staff remembered me getting the trackers for free. The new manager told me the fee to return them would be $20.00 each. The manager refused to take then back unless I paid $60.00. I now have to write a letter to corp. and give details. The store would not give me the name of the district manager and told me to get out of his store. When I called 611 customer service to speak to a district manager They were helpful but no phone # or email address. You have to write a letter or fax the information to resolve the issue. Stay away from this store .

When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". He would not look at the email from Verizon with the return instructions and locations. I was very upset and may have said a couple of words i should not have. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. This is a terrible store with terrible customer service and a inadequate Manager. If you dont believe me look at all of the "1" rated reviews. Outstanding service at this Verizon location today. My phone powered down this morning and wouldn't…read moreturn back on, so I went in to either get it fixed or upgrade to a new phone. Dave made the process of upgrading my phone as painless as possible. I told him I only had about an hour before I had to be somewhere, and he had me all set with a new phone, phone case, screen protector, and wireless charger in exactly an hour- for only $150. Although he was helping another customer in the store at the exact same time, he was focused, professional, and clearly knowledge about the products. I will absolutely return to this location for any of my cellular needs. And I couldn't be happier with my new phone!
