Went today to set up a new phone line. The two representatives that took care of us, Noemi & Sofi, were absolutely incredible. They were very knowledgeable and provided above excellent customer service. We had been to this store the day before and did not feel like we had the best experience. went in for trade-in. "can't do it, go through customer service." customer service sends us back to store. THEN it was, "we only have the phone in one color" thats fine, I'll take whatever at this point. THEN it was, "sorry we don't have the phone in stock at all." they genuinely did not want to help, or even serve us. and gave us attitude the whole time. who hires these people? if you don't want my money, just say so. My family and I were just in there, and one lady(worker)started to help us and she left us because her coworker left a family she was helping for a group of her native and helped them through there entire purchase, mind me they walked in way after me and my family!!!! I have continued to stay with T-Mobile as a customer for 20 years plus now since they started out as Ariel. I just happened to be going back to Minnesota for a visit and stopped in another T-Mobile store to get my phone exchanged, because the MANAGER at THIS store near me in Celebration/Kissimmee , FL - STORE # 5554 was very rude and flat out lied to me. He told me I couldn't return my phone, because by the time I got back my 14 days were up and that is T-Mobiles policy PERIOD. Even though I called him and I told him I am out of town and I want to exchange it when I got back about a week later, he again said NOPE that is T-Mobiles policy and there was nothing he could do and that was that. I was told by other store managers that it is up to the store managers decision to make that call and NOT T-Mobile. Celebration/Kissimmee, FL Store # 5554 just wanted to sell me a phone and they DO NOT know how to fit a person to their phone! NEVER AGAIN!
