I have to give Kenya a 1000/10 she was amazing and a rockstar. She was able to help me very quickly and get me all set up. She was able to get me the Apple Watch I wanted quickly and answered all my questions! Definitely will be coming back here instead of the T-Mobile closer to my house. read more

I decided to try the at home Internet with a 14 day free trial. I was told I would not be billed until after the free trial. When I returned the home Internet because it would not stay connected to any of my devices at the 10 day point, They still charged me for an entire month. Three weeks later I'm still trying to get the charges reversed and when I called the corporate service desk I am told that as soon as I took home the device for my "free trial" I am automatically charged for that month and it may take longer even to get it removed. Flat out lies!! read more

Wow Freddy! What a great guy! Very helpful!!! Super nice. Taller white Boss guy? No. If you don't plan on making these guys money you might as well leave. I was needing help unlocking a phone from our old T-Mobile account and had Freddy on the phone with customer service. Once two other parties walked in needing help, freddys boss said we would have to leave and figure the rest out ourselves because we weren't active T-Mobile customers and weren't starting any lines. I had a LOT of respect for T-Mobile even wanting to go back to them in January. After seeing how they treated us just for not being a current money making customer, I won't be coming back. Be wary of this company. When I canceled my extremely poor overpriced service I had to pay the final bill three times before my payment was not mysteriously rejected. I just got a collections letter for the bill I paid. Extremely shady and definitely attempting to retaliate. read more

Needed to fix my vintage 2003 'phone and stopped here on June 7. Two fellows behind a center counter, one patiently dealing with a young lady and her 4 year old girl and the other, Martin, waiting on me. Martin spent a good twenty minutes trying to figure out why the 'phone wouldn't work and finally got it. No charge for all he did and the 'phone works perfectly. All the while, the young lady and her child were arguing who was "bad, bad" and who was not. It was pretty distracting but the fellow waiting on her was so very patient, smiling all the time and he was able to get her out the door with a new smart 'phone for less than $50.00. Everyone was happy, especially me. Thank you very much Martin! Really good experience! read more
