The exceeded my expectations and pulled my car into the bay, checked my tires and pressure and determined they were fine and the problem was a faulty sensor. They refused my offer to pay them for going above and beyond after hours and they got me on my way, secure in the knowledge that my tires would not cause me to be stranded on the side of the interstate in a rain storm. On the way to the shop, we also had a tire blowout that caused additional damages and insurance getting involved. After having our trailer for nearly three weeks, we received a call saying it was ready. We were told the tires had been replaced, the wheel bearings repacked, the inspection completed, and the skylight repaired. However, before we picked it up, we received another call admitting the skylight had not actually been repaired. When we arrived, we also discovered the A/C had not been serviced and the window caulking had not been done either. My biggest frustration isn't just that the requested work wasn't completed--it's the lack of communication and being told repairs were finished when they were not. After waiting three weeks I expected honest communication and for the work we requested to be completed or, at the very least, to be informed if it couldn't be. We had to call many times for updates and to ensure our trailer would be usable by the 4th of July weekend. After picking up the trailer on June 26th we had requested a manager to call us and were told he would call on the 27th. Today is July 1st and still no call to date. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unable to trust the information I was given. I hope Campers Choice improves its communication and follow-through so other customers don't have a similar experience.

After picking it up we noticed the caps had not been replaced on 2 of the wheels and the internal cover on these was askew. They said we could just push them back on and they sent replacement caps for the outside. I did one short local trip, then on our first road trip about 500 miles after Camper's Choice worked on my rig, I was alerted to a wheel issue by another driver. I pulled over at an off ramp and saw smoke coming from the wheel. I slowly got off the freeway and while backing into the first available safe spot, the wheel came off. Fortunately no one was injured and a mobile mechanic was able to replace the axel. I had him inspect the remaining wheels and one of the those also had to be replaced. He said from what he could tell the work had not been done properly. I contacted them but had no response. I followed up after my trips and learned the company had changed ownership along with liability for the incompetent workmanship. I have been in touch with the previous owners who have not provided a response. I would not trust them with any service work and put the safety of my family in jeopardy again.

I had shopped a few of their competitors before I walked in and they were significantly less than the competition. then it came out that the competition was going right for top tier equipment just because they'd make money. they made a recommendation that would cure my major issues. the rear speakers blew in the car (apparently JBL factory sound has this problem pretty frequently). I replaced them and the sound from them was just painfully bright. I wanted wireless Apple CarPlay as I was considering it a safety feature. in other words, one less reason for a phone to be touched in the car. anyhow, both problems could be solved with a head unit swap. initially, I was pretty unhappy with what I ended up with. the factory microphone was NOT retained, the fader was INOP and the display didn't dim with the headlights. I expressed my displeasure at this and then it came out. the adapter (car interface) was not doing the job it was supposed to do. the "right" module took a call to the manufacturer to find because of the year make and model of the car. once the right parts were found, I returned, dropped the car off and waited to be called. this worked out pretty incredibly. he refunded me for the parts that didn't do the job well and charged me the difference for the better module. no extra labor. so again, I would highly recommend this business. they've been around for at least 10 years that I'm aware of. great service from good people.

Two good sized nicks and they both cracked outward across the length of the glass. I submitted the claim through my insurance and The Glass Guy came up as one of the possible places I got use to get it replaced. I am SO glad I chose them. From the get-go, they were speedy and professional. I got call from their office manager just a few hours after submitting the claim and told them what the deal was. She took my vehicle information and VIN to confirm the correct size that's needed, telling me that she'd do some hunting and see about price, availability, and timeframe. I got a call back the same day and she told me the price (which was less than the deductible) so she suggested not going through insurance - which I followed. I was able to get it scheduled within the week. Once there, I got the vehicle in right on time and just decided to wait there in the office for them to complete it. They were extremely efficient - finishing it much quicker than what was originally thought. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looked great and after a month or so later, I haven't had any issues. This is a family owned and operated business; and the care they have for their customers is clear. They have a very comfortable and esthetic office/waiting area (along with a very friendly dog that might ask for some pets). The office staff is extremely friendly and kind, and while I didn't meet any of the service staff, when they came in and our of the garage area they seemed very nice as well and everyone was professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to get any vehicle glass repaired/replaced again, but if I do, you better believe I'm coming back to The Glass Guy!!

He said, call back with the VIN and they would get it scheduled, I got them the VIN that day. They said it would be a month because of parts on back order. I thought, I can drive it with the crack for a month to give a local shop the business. Fast forward, my wife called Wednesday before the appointment on 11/11/24 to see if they might have an opening either Thursday or Friday before my appointment on Monday. My wife spoke to the gal that works there. She said she would have to call back in a little bit to let her know. Fast forward to the next morning, I called and talked to the gal my wife talked to. She told me that the windshield for my RAV 4 was not available, and she left a voicemail to tell my wife know this. Cell phones don't lie, my wife had not received a call from their number and didn't receive a voicemail. She said check back in a couple of weeks for availability of parts. I immediately got online and scheduled with Safelite, this was Thursday, and the appointment was for Friday at 8:00 AM. Perfect service!! no lies about parts, or not being able to get that windshield. Safelite installed and calibrated the windshield, and I am 110% satisfied with their performance.

They greet you as you come in and ask if there's anything they can help you find ... but also, they just let you look around and don't badger you as you look through the aisles! Thank you for that!
