This guy named Roger called me after via text message to call me now. I gave him my information to…read morereceive T Mobile internet product. I told him I do not go anywhere because of the viruses, so if I needed help to set it up, what is the number to call? He gave me the number and as soon as I signed for it from UPS, I began to set it up. I called the number given on 25 October 2022 and was on the phone from about 1:15 to 7:45 PM, EST. NOT one representative and/or supposedly supervisor was able to get me connected to T-Mobile. I then reconnected my previous Wi-Fi/internet and was back on just like that. I called T-Mobile on 27 October 2022 because of the difficulty I experienced on 25 October 2022 and told them to come and get their mess via UPS and to cancel/delete EVERYTHING (my bank information, name, address, etc.) and do NOT attempt to debit nothing from my account. I was on the phone for over an hour to explain to (Jean) what I wanted to happen. I eventually got a reference number for cancellation. T-Mobile is NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AT ALL. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY. Jean TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE TO DISCONNECT THIS CALL BECAUSE I WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HER.
