Honestly, the worst store to ever go to only three employees working. I only came into pay a phone off. I had to step outside to take an important phone call and when I came back in, they were very rude to me stating that I need to stop coming in and out of the store because it reflects badly on them. Never heard that before I used to work in customer service and that only tracks how many customers you have coming in. This is why I left T-Mobile and I will never use them again. read more

They tricked me with two iPads "on Us" only pay service.. then i get bill for one of them. Absolutely the worst store to go to. They lie and scam! They lure you in with false promotions and deals and refuse to help fix the issue or escalate to someone higher up. I asked for manager and told he wasn't there that day and was told the two days off he had which turned out to be a lie. Almost positive that the sales associate was telling me the wrong days so that the manager didn't find out about HIS mistake which he admitted to committing multiple times!! It was a $300 mistake! Quoted us a deal of a free phone, and a low monthly payment and turns out that we are paying for the phone and it has made our monthly payment bigger. Went here a few days ago to pre order a phone and trade it in. They had 5 different promotions going on the phone I wanted one of them being get up to $1100 off when you pre-order and trade in a phone nothing else. When I was talking to the person they said I would have to add a line and it's up to $800 with trade. I even showed him the promotion and he stated arguing with me that's not how promotions work and I the customer don't know how promotions work. I've been a customer with T-mobile for many yrs and I did this same type of promotion when I pre-ordered my fold 4 when it was about to come out. I didn't have to add a line. I walked out and went to another T-mobile the lady that helped me there said no u don't have to add a line to get the promotion 8 was looking at and helped me with the pre-order and when I asked if I can turn my old one into the store when I get the new one instead of mailing it she said yes. I was also informed that this is not the 1st time she's heard of people having issues at this location. So if you don't want to get scammed don't go to this location. While on vacation, we went to the T-Mobile store in the Coral Square Mall (#9473 - North entrance) and bought 2 iPhone 15s on Dec 27 and came back on the 28th to buy another. When we bought the first two we were given 2 tablets as a promotional deal and I asked Santiago explicitly if there were any other charges associated with these tablets and I was assured that there weren't. The next day I tried to verify that there were no charges and I was told about a service fee by the manager. I drove back to where we were staying to retrieve the tablets so I could return them but when I got back to the store Santiago assured us that there would be no additional fees so we kept the tablets. When we returned home I saw that there was a service fee of $30/mo for the two lines. I am spending the time to process the return, but the amount of time that I have had to spend on this will make it worth dealing with a better company in the future. read more

I went there on 8/25/24 and they had a deal if I opened a line with them, I would get a Flip Z 6 on them, for free, and if my wife traded her phone (iPhone 13 pro max), it would be $830 in trade in credit and could get an iPhone 15 pro max for about $200. The price we were quoted for the monthly bill was $165 in total for both phones and the two lines, the guy ran my credit, and it was my first time as a T mobile customer, unfortunately, we couldn't get the offer of the iPhone to work. After the iPhone deal couldn't be pushed through I smelt something fishy and called T mobile customer service. To my surprise, the person charged me for the z flip and the bill would've been almost $200 a month!!! I was actually paying the z flip in installments. I got scammed by Josue G, I got the picture of the offer from that day as proof! I would rate this store with 0 stars if I could. my wife went to the other store since there are two in the same mall, and they said that they get a lot of complaints from that store, and don't recommend it . I went here for assistance with T-Mobile's "test drive" 90 day free trial, because I wasn't able to complete the steps online to install the "virtual" T-Mobile SIM card which lets you run their service temporarily while still continuing with your current provider, in order to decide whether to sign up for an account. I REPEATEDLY told the store personnel, including manager Darnell, that I only wanted to set up the temporary trial, NOT create a T-Mobile account and switch from my current provider, because I needed to know first if the service worked well in my neighborhood. They kept asking me for more information, including driver's license, Social Security, credit card, etc. Finally, they wanted my hard SIM card and said they would replace it with the T-Mobile one. That's when I balked and walked out, as that made no sense for a temporary free trial that is supposed to use a virtual SIM card (just a code) that runs alongside the existing hard card in the phone. It turns out that the store staff actually gave me a NEW permanent T-Mobile account that I didn't ask for, with a new phone number. It took me many calls to corporate and many days to undo this. T-Mobile corporate personnel were shocked when I told them what happened, and said their trial does NOT require personal info such as driver's license, SS# and credit card. I filed a complaint with corporate against this store. I consider what they did fraud. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this store. Those who do, beware! read more
