I walked in last week to ACTIVATE a new cell phone that was replaced by ASURIOM/ATT Insurance. Brayan L. Store Manager, helped me out. I wasn't aware if there were ant monies involved since I never lost a phone . I knew I also had the option of going with T-Mobile since they give the iPhone for FREE with a new activation. Now ,I am being charged )275 more. Brayan had said your insurance would cover this. . No extra fees. WRIONG! DM's , if you're reading this,, train your people better! This place is a disgrace they abuse of the elderly since they don't know any better. How are you going to pile up tech devices on them when they don't even know what they are getting. Then their bill come to almost 200$ when all my nana wanted was to get her phone replaced. I went in to request everything to be returned and put my nana back in her $30 phone line once I walked in I asked for the manager both girls there looked At each other and one was about to say he wasn't in and well that was cut short since he was just coming out of the back room, they knew that they already messed up. I went in the other day looking to upgrade my phone and I was helped right away. (Keep in mind when I walked in it was not that busy) Jocelyn (the manager) helped me out in the beginning. She was super helpful and answered all my questions with clarity. She told me about the promotions they were having and I was able to upgrade my phone, no problem. Then this woman comes in with a poor attitude yelling at the employees that they ruined her phone and she can't get her photos and that all the employees were incompetent. Jocelyn jumped in to help her peer Julio (who by the way was very nice, patient and sweet to this woman). Jocelyn was genuinely trying to help this woman and gave her options to fix the problem but the woman just DID NOT even listen to what she was saying. It was like she was talking to a wall. Julio called customer care for her and the woman starts fighting with the person over the phone. After all this, it gets really busy and by then a new manager is there and if I recall correctly her name was, Daisy. Customers were getting upset because it was busy and the line was long. The customers were simply being rude ass hell that day. It was chaos. But, the team handled it like champs. They worked through the line and got through it. TIP for future visitors to this location-you don't wanna wait in line? Don't go at a busy time or simply plan to be there a long time. AND.....Be kind to the people who service you everyday...treat others the way you want to be treated. read more

Went in to purchase a device and when I left the store I noticed there was a charger in my bag. Upon checking the receipt I saw that it was charged without my knowledge. Went back into the store to return the item since I wasn't made aware I was paying for it and the representative told me they don't sell the devices without the accessory. They said they'd return it, but that if I want the device they'd only be able to ship it out to me since they don't sell devices without accessories at this location. I later called to speak to manager WALTER and he was not helpful and refused to provide me with the name of their district manager and was nonchalant about the entire situation. This TPR location is a bad representation of what T-Mobile claims to stand for and does not do things the right way. They should not charge customers without their knowledge and refuse to return an accessory "because they don't sell devices without accessories". Managers should not encourage their reps to sell this way and take no accountability when trying to resolve the issue. read more

María (assistant manager) is completely incompetent and Sassy to customers, she humiliated another customer right in front of me, apparently allowing the power of assistant managing to go to her head! The poor girl was just asking for help to figure out her bill, and Maria was so disrespectful that the girl left in practically tears! Corporate really needs to pay this location of visit and get things under control, this is not the T-Mobile I'm used to.. #disappointed To top it off, I never even got assisted! Usually when i walk into tmobile, no one greets me and i automatically feel unwelcome, but recently i came into this particular store and i felt so welcomed. immediately, i was greeted and asked what i was looking for and that they can help. now mind you, the store was BUSY! and the associate still had time to approach me and help me with my problem. it really was a family friendly vibe from one of the workers. and after my wonderful experience, i went off for the rest of my day. it feels good when theres no sas or attitude from others especially when i was having a rough day as it is. thank you to this store. i will be back! read more

A girl with some purple dye on her hair told me I wouldn't qualify without running my credit. Also told me that even if I happen to qualify I would have to put $500 down and asked me if I even had that kind of money with me now. She seemed like she didn't even want to help me out so I left. According to staff here this is not a T-mobile branded/corporate store, BUT when you search via Tmobile.com's Store Locator it is! It's not listed as an authorized retailer. It even has the Corporate logo out front! Smh!! All these stores should carry the same items at the same price. This one does not! I came in for a Sim card and was getting charged 20.00. I was told by Tmobile Phone Support that its 10.00. I went to other Tmobiles in the area and they sell them for 10.00. The other stores were T-Mobile branded stores just like this one. Somethin is wrong here. I'll find out! P.S If you need a replacement sim card, call Tmobile and they note your account and its free. Walked in the the T-Mobile looking looking to purchase the Note 9, and were greeted with "Hey", by some 30 yo guy too busy to actually provide ANY type of customer service as he was too busy people watching instead of making any attempt to assist us. ¿Se Habla Español? Yes, they do actually! But they speak English pretty well too even though the sign on the building is in Spanish. This is a really nice T-Mobile store. I came here when I upgraded to an Android and I love it! I used to have to drive all the way to Downey or go the South Gate location but now there's this store just blocks away from home. It's very clean, the employes and very attentive and they helped me find what I was looking for right away. No complaints here. Only thing I have to mention is the parking lot is a bit small and shared with conjoined businesses, so if there's no parking, park at the Autozone next door or in the Superior market lot. read more

I believe this is a newer location and since I recently switched over from ATT I was happy to know that I could come here whenever any problems arose. I would like to start off by saying that if you get a chance try and have Juan Ortiz help you out. He was very knowledgeable of the products and very patient. One thing and probably the most important thing you need to know about this location is that there is always going to be an extensive wait (only reason I couldn't give 5 stars). A trip to this location is going to take up an hour easily so please be aware of that. All in all this is a great store and I'm happy that it is right down the street. First off don't ever go to this store they're untrained and really incompetent people. Me and my wife went in for an upgrade and the kid working there who was "helping" me named Joel I think but he said to upgrade to the new 13 it would only be about 250 total I was going to get charged so I said that's fine, then I get the confirmation email for the 2 phones I ordered and it shows that I'm paying $865 so immediately it through me off so I went back before I signed to make sure the price he told me is what I'm paying then he reassured me that I'm only paying $250 I wake up the next morning and my bank account was down $865 so I was pissed how dumb can you be to not tell a customer what they're paying and I cant even cancel the order and get a refund at this point, this kid thinks he is slick trying to scam me and reach a bonus but I decided to be the bigger person and not file a law suit because I could've easily done that, I think management should better train their employees or fire the ones who are bottom feeders never buying from a T-Mobile store again read more

I walked in for a warranty exchange on my phone, so this asmad sales man keeps on taking my phone to the back of the store a total of 4times then comes back telling me my phone is damaged and he can't process my warranty exchange. My problem is that my phone wasn't damaged since I bought the phone it has always been on a protective case so I know for a fact it didn't have no damage. She will really make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and if you aren't-- she will do anything she can to change that. She really goes above and beyond for her customers like answering on her off-days in the middle of a Dodger's game to make sure my transition to T-Mobile runs as smooth as possible.
