I called AT&T call center to access my account to see an update on my order and he in fact told me Bryan added on insurance AND next up is completely optional is NOT 14 days insurance :)

He informed me that there would be a $30 restocking fee (it's actually a $55 restocking fee). I went back today and the same worker was there with a female "manager" who had the personality of a rock. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. While waiting a father/son duo came in to get two phones to be repaired. The tech listened to the issues, offered suggestions so that the one phone would be repaired by end of day and the other in 2 business days. They both seemed pleased with the options and I believe reflect the company's commitment to provide excellent customer service. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because. One would think they would at least refund the money for the wasted trip.

I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. Trung also gave me a free screen protector. Highly recommdend Trung and his dedicated job.
