Thankfully the third time was the charm! I needed to add a new phone line and home internet service, which I was bit nervous about since I've never dealt with T-Mobile for internet. I was even prepared to stick with Xfinity, if necessary. I arrived to this location which was at capacity but somehow only had to wait for about 5 minutes for assistance. Niko was kind, extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything in under 30 minutes. I had a million questions and he was an expert on it all. The kicker is that a person with me had chronic pain issues, so speed, efficiency and kindness was crucial that day. Anyhow, got home and plugged in the modem, which worked instantly just as advised. I also witnessed Niko jumping in to help a coworker in need. Definitely an amazing employee all around and I must give this experience a deserved 5 stars.

They've added this, didn't subtract that, told us one number and when the bill came it was twice that. Our first bill outside of the shop of liars in Reynoldsburg, Ohio even had a late fee built in. You might stay away from that place. Courtney looked the entire account over and found a couple of key mistakes that resulted in upcharges. There was also a first responder discount that was never applied. By the time she was finished not only was the bill cut in half; we received a year long bundle for three different streaming services...for free. She even told us those services "fall off" on their own next year. No need to even call. Great work, Courtney. Beautiful store.
