I am delighted that I finally was able to purchase a new phone on this day! There were maybe 3-4 ppl that was in front of me. But the wait was only maybe 10-15mins. The associates did wear masks and kept respectful distances. They were friendly, able to multitask sufficiently and patiently answered all my concerns. My sales rep. Was Samantha. She was through with my initial meet to the end of the sale. I recommend her because she was the only one that helped. Shout out to the Store Manager listening and being supportive for both me and her. I will recommend this Tmobile because you are in and out in a reasonable time. Also they do actively listen to your concerns about your account. When I am on this side of town, I will stop by if I have any phone/account concerns. I've been with T-Mobile since 2011. Overall good experience with them. At one point, due to no job, I didn't pay my bill for almost 4 weeks. They could have cut off my services, but they did not thankfully. Phone dropped on sidewalk which created a crack on the screen. It was an unlocked phone, so no insurance. After researching, found a great LG phone at this location. Feli was the one helping me. He was excellent beyond words. Good location. read more

All please do not get T-mobile Internet it is crap, the modem drop like every thirty minutes on the hour. I told the lady when signing up I work from home and I needed something stable, she assured me I wouldn't have dropping issues, the technicians are not fluent with solving the problem, please don't waste your money or time, worst system I ever had. read more

This is the most ghetto T-Mobile store in this area. If I could a zero I would!!!! The ladies always seem to have attitudes and never seem to want to be at work or never want to provide good customer service. I just went in there to get my screen protector changed because it's cracked and I have 360. The young lady who was pregnant started to assist me but while assisting me, she asked another dude what was his issue. Then while I'm just standing there, she goes on to help the man first, going through his phone and discussing whatever issue he had. Then the lady Aisha didn't say hey, how are you doing or anything and just proceeded to get my phone number. She then told me I had to remove my own phone case and gave me a screen protector to put on myself. She stated that they no longer put on screen protectors for customers. I have never had an issue with any T-MOBILE except for this one. It's 5 min. from my house and that's why I went. Next time I will be driving to Moreland or Panola because Flatshoals sucks!!! I was hoping to feel a sense of pride about a neighborhood store doing a great job however. after a recent visit I realized why I avoided so long going to this store. There were 5 or 6 tmobile staff in the store and I was the only customer left waiting at the front having to ask how much longer before I can get help. We came into the store to get a phone.. she help us get the right plan, explained the billing process , tested the phone make sure it was working before we left. Horrible customer service. Dishonest employees. I bought a new iPhone 5 for $600 plus. Waited in line for 45 minutes during lunch to buy the phone and had to rush back to work so foolishly I did not fully inspect the phone. As soon I got back to work, I tried to set up the phone. The glass front was clearly defective and not fully attached to the body. Went back to the store to get a replacement within 2 hours of my purchase. They refused to replace it or repair it unless I paid a $175 service charge! They claimed their rep fully inspected the phone (not true) and that I had somehow damaged the phone. Had me call their 800 service number to voice my objection. Keep getting passed on to yet another department - all of which were unwilling to help. Finally, I called Apple who said T mobile was clearly in the wrong. When I explained what happened, they agreed to send me a new phone. Last time I buy anything from this store or any other branch of T Mobile. read more
