Thankfully the third time was the charm! I needed to add a new phone line and home internet service, which I was bit nervous about since I've never dealt with T-Mobile for internet. I was even prepared to stick with Xfinity, if necessary. I arrived to this location which was at capacity but somehow only had to wait for about 5 minutes for assistance. Niko was kind, extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything in under 30 minutes. I had a million questions and he was an expert on it all. The kicker is that a person with me had chronic pain issues, so speed, efficiency and kindness was crucial that day. Anyhow, got home and plugged in the modem, which worked instantly just as advised. I also witnessed Niko jumping in to help a coworker in need. Definitely an amazing employee all around and I must give this experience a deserved 5 stars.

I have called multiple phone numbers and although I have been calling between the hours of 10am-11am Eastern time (it's Wednesday), your system is telling me I'm calling outside of business hours. Situation: added travel pass to my husband's phone, funds are gone in one day although I added enough to cover $12/day for a week - and yes we set it up correctly. I even called the international travel line which looped me back to an automated, unhelpful system, which told me to go back online and use the equally worthless chatbot. Unacceptable. I will be cancelling my service for my entire family. Your business is unreliable with 0 customer service and leaves travelers 'stranded'. This is not the first time this has happened. I've paid for Verizon wireless PREMIUM plans since 2007 (they only recognize 9 years)…read more since October of 2022 I've been being over charged on my bill. since November of 2022 I've spent almost 2000 hours on the phone and chatting with Verizon's customer service who has verified and agreed with my claim yet mysteriously dropped my calls or not been able to fix the problem until April of 2024. Almost $3000 over charged and the best they are willing to do is credit my vzw account. 100% refusal from the executive branch to give my money back. im aware they have the best service when it comes to cell phone service, but I'm reluctantly leaving the cell phone giant because the stress this has added to my life is way worse than dealing with mediocre cell phone service. my advice to new customers, leave before you have to deal with customer service. if you stay or chose VZW, every bill should be thoroughly gone thru and question all suspect charges. You get nothing but three years of being locked in contracts and no incentives for multiple lines. Run
