I've had a few good experiences here. While I was shopping for a new service provider, their customer service employee was able to answer all of my questions. They had all the latest phones on display. After I switched to T-Mobile, I had an issue with lack of data so I came in for help with troubleshooting. Deceitful and shady sales tactics. We went in and asked if they had any Pixel 7's/Pro's on stock. The lady in the front goes back and says they do have them in stock in various colors. So they bring out the model for my wife to look at. Then, the lady didn't even explain all the different options for us, but instead spent about 10 useless minutes trying to sell us another phone plan so we can get $400 off. Then she tried to coerce my wife in trading in her old Pixel to get a deal. How do you know we don't want to keep the current phone? It's still usable and we own it. Then we finally agreed to just finance it and then she had the nerve to go into their backroom and tell us "sorry we don't have any in stock but if you purchase it now we can have it shipped to you in 2-3 business days." You knew damn well you didn't have any in stock, but went through your sales pitch anyway and deceitfully kept us around. We left, drove to the other Eagan location and they CONFIRMED they had them in stock before we went any further. We were in and out at the other location in 5 minutes. Less than helpful the few times I have gone into this store. They pawn you off to competitors vs assisting and providing customer service. This has been a handful of different reps and the same across the board. Every interaction has left me wondering if they are able to do anything or suggest something within the T-Mobile family for assistance or if the only things they are qualified to do is say I don't know, we do t do that or maybe so and so can help with that. Jason, Ashley and a third employee I didn't catch the name of, made my phone shopping experience much less stressful than shopping experiences with other stores have been in the past. Normally I would have anxiety over asking too many questions, being indecisive between products and feel overall rushed and just like another sale to them, but I feel Jason truly listened to the concerns I had and answered every question I had in full. If there was something he was unsure about, he followed up and found the answer out for me - even the topics I was simply pondering about for future scenarios (upgrading later on, how that would play out). He was able to clearly state the things I would have to purchase same day (AppleCare) without me feeling pressured to do so, and assured me of the things I could always do later on if I wasn't satisfied with the plan I had selected (upgrading to a higher plan). He thoroughly went over all of the options each plan in question entailed, and did not hesitate to repeat them in full and slower when I spaced out and had to write them down for visual comparison. He was very patient and when he had down time while waiting for my number to be released, being that I was starting a business plan account, he asked about my business instead of rushing to the next customer and after I told him I didn't mind him helping people in between/while waiting, I watched him deliver the same kind, patient and courteous service to the very next customer. Ashley came in a little while after I had already been there, but she answered all of Jordan's questions promptly and with grace. I had spent some time there as I was doing a few different things and the wait was not a bother because each employee there was always doing something, never just standing around. I had a question about my account and decided to call instead of going in and Ashley was able to go over in detail and explain my account concerns though they were still busy and I could tell the genuine care about my concerns were there even through the phone. All the employees there have the energy of genuinely wanting to help which made this entire experience stress free and a positive one. I had a horrible experience with this store. On Sept 27th I subscribed T Mobile internet on a trial basis. Was given the equipment. When I opened the box at home, I found the equipment was refurbished. Tried returning it to get a new equipment. Was told we don't sell refurbish equipment, than was told we don't have any new equipment for a few days. After several visits and very rude customer service, specifically Nicole, I returned the equipment and cancelled the service.The store on Robert street had new equipment and service was great. STAY AWAY FROM THE EAGAN STORE ON DENMARK. read more
