Ran in quickly to buy two chargers. Greeted and helped right away. Got what we needed and we're in and out in less than 7 minutes.

Always out of stock of something or an issue with their system. Everyone there acts like this is their first tech job ever . Terrible store! Strongly suggest going to a different T-mobile store to save your time,Gas,and energy. The manager Whitney is absolutely amazing. She was able to take care of everything I needed in one swoop and with excellent customer service. I have to say I was wowed because great customer service is so rare these days. Her knowledge of their products in general and my situation as a Sprint customer on the T mobile network was priceless. I had great interactions with two representatives. Both were kind and quick to answer all my questions!

I would not recommend T mobil. They will lie and offer you promotions. Then tell you that you do not qualify because you switched from a certain phone company. By the time you find out you are locked in for 24 months because their free phones are not free either. They are discounted every month. I even got a tablet and other accessories. Had I known we would not get our virtual 200 x 2 visa cards I would have never got anything else from them. When my time is up paying off phones and accessories I am ditching them for good. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They should Train their employees not to lie to customers to get a sale. Ugh read more

I was in this store on 7/16/18, and because it was close to my home location, my phones were shipped to this location which were convenient. I went in because I received the text that they were there, I got there and was told by the rude little prude, Jerome, that they were not there, I showed him my text, he went back to look again, came back and asked me my name "again" I told him, he said there was nothing back there under my name (mind you he asked me the name of the account which made sense), so he asked me "do you have a first name?", I tried to humor him and said, "yes I was born with one, it was the one I just gave you". He proceeded to tell me that there was not any phones back there. So he went back to the back AGAIN, came back and said, "I see phones with the last name, but not your first name, I see..........., so I said, okay that is me, I did not expect it to be in the nicknames on the account", he said, "okay so what do you want to do?" WTH!!!!! Okay where did the translation get lost? So he goes back to the register, not telling me what he is doing, he proceed with his juvenille comments as unprofessional as he could have been, and then stated, "if the phones are scratched or damaged I can't take them back", okay what made him think that was the reason I was in there, we never discussed it, and at this point he did not pull up the account as of yet. So then I asked him "why are you telling me that", his coworker jumped in to state, "we tell all our customers that", but why would you tell customers that if it did not pertain to their visit in the store. (concerned), So moving forward, I asked him if he had the phones, he said yes, and said, "okay you not showing my your phones, so what are we doing", and it was smug and rude like he was running a deal out the back of the store. So I asked him to go get the phones, he came back with the phones, being a smarta**, I called the customer care line of T-mobile, asked for my phone back that he asked to see, and left out the store to get professional help from the phone rep that placed a report on my behalf and helped me a great deal with my purchase. Jerome was rude, condescending, unprofessional and lacked knowledge of how to perform tasks because his coworker had to help him with during this pitiful display. He clearly needs to be trained in customer service and listening skills as well as mannerism. Poor customer service in this store from a couple of prior visits, but this is the worst. I rather drive the distance to get better care than come to this store. Maybe some "mystery shoppers" should be considered. read more

My third time over here. The staff is really helpful. Only problem, on all my visit they always have issues with their operating system.

Customer service seems ok at first but they really are just trying to get people out the door around 6pm the guy at the counter literally told a customer before me that was switching from metro/boost the only way he could get his account number is if he physically went into a metro store to get it because they won't give it over the phone . He then Processed to tell his trainee that I wouldn't be able to call customer support to get my account number to switch from boost but then told me I. Could do it any time at 611. I respectfully declined because I work off my phone it took me all of 2 minutes to call and get my account number from boost mind you I basically set up my own phone anyways the girl was pretty frazzled to start and seemed to be having personal issues as she was on her phone 90 percent of the time , I switched my own sims called into boost , and made sure it was activated they might as well had just gave me the SIM card and sent.mE on my way , I completely understand being ready to go but they were rushing to lock the door at 6:30pm and repeatedly did that so concerned about getting out on time , even started to do closing paper work in front of me while I was still trying to get my phone set up . That was extremely unprofessional and It was rude asf . Been to plenty of phone stores in my 23 years and they have to be the slowest and most unprofessional. Not sure what's the point in making customers do your job if your paid to do the job ? read more
