This is my second time using uBreakiFix, and both experiences have been incredible. My computer suddenly started saying the storage was full even though I hadn't changed anything, and for the last three weeks even simple tasks were frustrating. My iphone 6s was on its last legs...many of the apps had stopped working. I persuaded my cell phone carrier to upgrade my phone to the latest with only small fees to do so. UbreakIfix is fantastic with everything iphone related. I brought my new phone in and paid only $10 for them to place my purchased elsewhere privacy screen protector. The staff at the Lennox location is great. Jackson and his counterpart are friendly, helpful, and very informative. Not to mention patient. I got a phone on BackMarket and the screen cracked. Unfortunately, the insurance didn't cover the repair and only gave an option as a buyback. It took me about a month to find a replacement because I couldn't just give them my phone since I would be without a phone. I called in a few times throughout the month to make sure that my insurance was still active, and they were really helpful in checking that up for me. Lots of parking, but limited because there are other businesses here so the parking is packed. Easy to get to, Google maps directs you pretty well to this location. read more

They did not help my phone was taken in for water damage they barley fixed it my phone came back to me with the volume up button not working then im having problems with my screen again and they told me my phone has water damage again without fixing the screen read more

After making an appointment and entering my device information, I headed to my first appointment at the Emory location. They told me my screen would be available three hours after my arrial time despite me getting a call confirming my appointment and me returning the call to confirm again. I then asked if I could go to a different location and they called Lenox. I went and was told that I would have to return in three hours. I picked up my phone later that day. I was charged $240 (for a screen!) The next afternoon my phone began showing purpling at the bottom which then progressed to the entire screen being covered so that nothing was visible any longer. After telling me it would be three hours, they called to say they had entered my phone model incorrectly and it would be 4-5 hours. An hour later they called and said my phone was water logged and would cost $180 to repair. This exceeds the cost of a new phone of the same model... read more

A huge thank you to the employees of UBreakiFix for being so honest! I took my phone in yesterday and thought I needed a new charging port and battery and was ready to pay for that. The guy working inspected my phone and took it to the back and cleaned out the dust and lint in the charging port and he said that would most likely fix it and if not come back tomorrow and we could do the repairs if necessary. The cleaning he did fixes it and he saved me a lot of money. I can't tell you how thankful I was for him being honest. Davon stated he's the only one working, and that orders were backed up. This place is usually good with Customer Service, but he was short and stand-off-ish from the initial contact. It was 30 mins to closing, and I usually don't go to places at the end of a shift, but traffic was horrible, as I came from near the Airport, and still, should not account to making the Customers feel as though they are annoying you during the process of doing your job. We may have a question or two, and we are entitled. I asked him if they send the tablet off, would I have to come back to pick it up. He replied, "We just fix it. That's not my job to know. We just fix it." Clearly, if no one is coming up to pick up tablets, then you know it's delivered to the home once repaired. It was a task. When I asked for other locations, he said nothing and pulled out a card with only 2 locations, when there are several across GA. I will just pick another location moving forward. Had a prepaid appointment; spoke to the store ahead of time. When I showed up, was informed that the store cannot do repair the same day, I need to leave it overnight until 11am ... the cut-off is apparently 5:30 and my appointment was at 6:00. Real inconvenience. read more

This place should be called UbreakIBreakEvenMore. I needed the hinge repaired on my laptop, but now the camera and battery no longer work. I needed to buy an external web cam and can only use the laptop when it is plugged in. This shop also broke the LCD display trying to investigate why the camera no longer works. Another shop diagnosed that it was indeed a hardware problem they caused. My laptop was out of service for almost a month with their series of mistakes. It took several weeks for the first part to arrive, and they were reluctant to order a new one when it was obviously lost in the mail. They have no idea what they are doing. I never write reviews, but I do not want others to be so inconvenienced. read more

I dropped my 12" iPad and destroyed the screen. I took it here and they fixed it. It cost me almost half of the cost of a new iPad and the device has never worked correctly since the "fix". There service can provide a kind of solution. However, I caution anyone to determine if they may be better off just replacing a damaged device as having one that does not work correctly is highly aggravating, especially after spending hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. read more

The entire process was excellent starting with my online booking picking a day and time for my appointment. I received an email reminder the day before as well. My phone was no longer staying on for more than a few minutes, despite the fact that it was charged (this also happened while being charged). Super frustrating. Derrick was very patient and tried everything to get the phone to stay on longer. I left the phone for a couple of hours so he could link it to the store's super charger but unfortunately they had no luck. In the end it was deemed a hardware issue (apparently that's a thing with samsungs) but he was patient with it and also explained everything to me in techie lingo and non techie lingo LOL. In the end they didn't charge me anything, I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely return for other tech issues but hopefully don't have to haha! read more

This place is absolutely horrendous. I cannot believe Samsung have them as their certified repair facility. They are horrible professionals and total disregard for other peoples property. I brought in my close to brand new (Scratch less) Samsung Fold Z2 for a small inner foldable screen protector bubble issue which I was told on the phone was a very common thing and will be fixed within two hours. When I brought in my phone, the guy simply removed the screen protector and was handing it back to me telling me it is fixed. When I notified him that the screen needs the protector to keep it safe from damage as Samsung states in their warranty literature. He then goes back and calls Samsung to "Verify" if that is true. Comes back and tells me if I remove it it will not void the warranty and now we have to replace your whole inner screen! As Samsung certified facility I trust them what they say and leave my $2000 scratch less phone with them for repairs that I am told will be ready in 3 days. 2 days later I get a call from them saying they cannot fix it because they do not have parts so I have to mail it in to Samsung. Disappointed but understandable i guess due to back order issues. I tell them they are 1:15 mins from me so I will come grab the phone 3 days later. When I arrived to pick up my device they handed me back a complete scratched up front screen as if they were rolling it on the floor for straight one week that it was there. The inner screen is bent from where they applied pressure to close the phone because there is no protector on it. I will be reporting this business to BBB and Samsung because they are totally incompetent at what they do. Please stay away if you value your things at all. read more
