There with daughter and granddaughters to get a solution to granddaughter phone that would not hold a charge. My daughter got a great deal as she pays for her phone and got a bill credit for her trade in and in the process ordered Pro Max 17 for herself. They are two weeks out for ordering and non in store. The joy of the day was Ray the salesperson who was very funny, informative and got her the best deal. He interacted with grandkids and really was focused on the whole process. Thank you for making our wait friendly and fun! TMobile was very busy but they made sure to greet us and get us a place in line for service. I was having issues on my cell with ads and warnings popping up. I finally had enough and went to you Penn and American Blvd Bloomington MN store. Git there a bit before opening at 10. And was the fourth customer to enter. I was waiting to be taken care of. I watched a young man approach with his right hand out to shake. He said "Him my name is Nate. How can I help you?". Right out of the shoot I was impressed. Told him my issue as he was checking my records. He thanked me for my service and then told he never would have guessed my age if he hadn't seen my birth date. He cleaned out my phone and I was all set to leave. He thanked me for using T-Mobile. As I left I thanked him and thought, "What a squared away young man". Incredibly helpful staff - Made something that was a complete headache for my mom and I completely manageable. I had to switch phone lines from Verizon to my mothers plan with TMobile, and Andy Lopez not only took an extended amount of time to explain everything to my mom prior, but he got on the phone with me (who's across the country) and worked with me in getting all the information & resources from my previous carrier, step by step while working with both of us to understand. Andy was incredibly attentive, patient, efficient and just made the process so seamless for my mother. It made the interaction that much more pleasant because he explained everything to both of us, so that the process wasn't so overwhelming in the future. Thanks for the help Andy! T-Mobile Experience Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Bloomington, Minnesota

Phones are fine, service plans are a great place relative to Verizon, service coverage is very good. However, I just stopped in to get a screen replacement and waited around for 5min, there's at least a dozen people in here just randomly waiting with more people coming in and there's maybe(?) one employee and nobody's getting checked in so I don't know how people are getting serviced in the order they arrive. I'm leaving to go to another store. Ya need to manage the customer service better so people aren't just waiting aimlessly with no idea who is next or how long it'll be. This doesn't apply to this particular store but to the overall T-Mobile home internet service. I visit a few T-Mobile stores in my neighborhood and have found them all to be great for the in-store services they provide. However, having used the T-Mobile modem over the weekend, spending almost 2 hours for self-installation (including calling the help line), and following the instructions of placing it near a window, there were enough significant pauses during live TV programming for me to say "no" to this service. Sure, the $50/month deal is enticing and the TV commercials are cute, but the overall internet service isn't. I wanted to switch to something more reasonable for my budget and ended up dropping all of my cable TV services to keep the cable company internet services only for a bit more than the $50/month T-Mobile internet service but with better connection and NO pauses. Can't have pauses during live programming, no matter if it's a sports game or a TV show. I have no complaints about their cell phone service, especially since I can sign up for free MLB.TV at the beginning of the MLB season and watch all of the MLB I want all season long. read more

Just what I expected for a cell phone store. I came here on a Wednesday evening to activate the iPhone I purchased on Groupon. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. The wait was surprisingly long for a Wednesday. Even though they were fully staffed, I think I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for them to call my name. The customer service representatives who helped me were kind and attentive. They helped me activate the iPhone I purchased elsewhere, and didn't try to sell me anything in the mean time. I appreciated that. When I need assistance in the future, I am likely to return to this location. read more

Let's start off with I'm always apprehensive about going to the cellphone store, a "deal" somehow translated into an arm and a leg for such and such feature. Service: This experience took phone shopping to a new low. I honestly now despise the whole idea of a phone, T Mobile ruined the fun of getting something new and shiny and turned it into a dreaded chore. It's a feeding frenzy when I have to go in with my dad. He will keep saying he wants the fastest and latest whatever and I feel like I'm battling piranhas when I have to nicely but repeatedly tell all the sales people to back off. On this particular visit the sales woman that "helped" me keep pushing the warranty even after I explicitly said no several times and stated it wasn't economical for me. She also forgot to activate my phone meaning I had to come back after I had driven home to turn it on. I found her to be very rude and condescending, hopefully other customers don't get the same treatment I received. I think I'll have to go to another location from now on. Products: Personally I find the selection limited because there are only high end phones, every single one is geared toward getting internet and extra features, which is hard for individuals looking for just the basic calling and texting, and those on a budget. read more

My wife and I went there on a Thursday at 8pm to switch from AT&T. Shawn was super helpful and was patient as I spent 30min deciding between a new iPhone or a droid. He didn't pressure or upsell the more expensive phone and by time we got done transferring service it was 9:30pm (they closed at 9pm). Shawn was obviously obligated to try and upsell a tablet and he didn't push it when we said we weren't interested. For what it's worth...T-Mobile LTE is faster than AT&T in the south metro. And our service is unlimited LTE data for less than we were paying for 6GB on AT&T. read more

I am actively switching to Verizon after my experience today. Don't go to this location if you want friendly staff and help. I was there two times today (7/27 12p and again at 330p) and neither time anyone helped me. I ended up having to call T- mobile costumer support to fix my issues myself while I waited in the store because no one could help me for over 1.5 hours. When they finally did offer to help me I already fixed my issue over the phone. No one apologized initially or checked in. All I needed was a SIM card activated. I even asked for the tool to do it myself, the store manager reluctantly gave it to me but didn't offer to show me how. I had a baby with me too. Zero compassion. While waiting my 1.5 hours two people came in to pay bills and were also told they would have to wait over an hour- to pay a bill!! That's crazy. You would think IF you merged companies you would do your best to keep sprint costumers. Brady needs to work on his costumer service and so does the store manager. Very cavalier. read more

I went into the T-Mobile store on Penn Ave in Bloomington needing to upgrade 4 phones for my business acct with Sprint. With the merger still going on they did not have a Sprint representative there who could help me so Arthur Aguilar said he would work with me. Although he was not completely familiar with the Sprint system he worked hard to get the upgrade through. After quite a bit of time he found that the system was not going to let him do it and he offered to take the 4 new phones that I was going to be upgrading to and bring them to the Sprint/T-Mobile store in Edina where I could complete my transaction. He even made sure that I was helped right away even though that store was very busy. Arthur really went above and beyond the call to take care of me. Thank you so much. read more

Well, I am not pleased. A few months ago I switched to an iPhone on the Jump program after spending years buying my phones out right, having them insured and when there were problems being able to get a replacement for like $40 bucks. When I switched, I specifically asked about that, because I knew that iPhones, when dropped, have the tendency to get the screen shattered. And today, guess what happened? So I went to this location and was told that I would have to call an outside service and get charged $179 bucks to get a replacement. So much for being insured.
