I went inside and the door attendant directed me to where the cords were and said I should get the correct one and then I could proceed to the service desk. Now that it's a month later I'm doubting my confidence that it was Jamie that assisted me? When I did the exchange she said there was money due and I interrupted saying: yes $2 and.... She said $7. We discussed that I made the purchase with $5 Best Buy Rewards bucks... would those not transfer over or did I forfeit them with the exchange? Jamie called a manager over as they clicked around and made the $5 transfer to the correct purchase! I have contacted him and he is less than enthused about this experience, too. I would prefer to not have to drive all the way back to that store, but the customer service agents have not been helpful. I would strongly suggest not purchasing anything that you might use to feed your family. It is clear that they do not pay any attention to what they're selling.

The assistant manager finally came over and snapped at me that while I was on the wait list there were other people who made appointments ahead of me. What was the point of a wait list/ wait time. No updates, no apologizes for an incredible waste of time. Horrible customer service, and will go out of my way to never come back.
