My issue was resolved pretty quick once Katy got involved. I'm thankful for her assistance to ultimately get resolution to this long standing issue. That's all I wanted this entire time. She was nice, looked into my issue, and followed up according to quoted time expectations. While it was a long, challenging, and exhausting situation prior to Katy's involvement, our replacement is from Best Buy. I hope no further issues arise and this replacement lasts as long as our prior electronics purchased from Best Buy have. Thanks Katy! ----------------------- I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but my recent experience has been unbelievably frustrating. I purchased a TCL QM851G TV with a five-year protection plan, expecting dependable service if issues arose. Instead, I've spent months trying to get a simple repair or replacement with no success. After my TV failed again, I went through repeated "escalations," missed calls, and broken promises. Best Buy scheduled repair appointments without confirming my availability -- then failed to show up twice. I even called off work to be home, only for no one to arrive or contact me. When I asked for a return due to the repeated no-shows, I was told it would be "escalated" again. Instead of resolving anything, they just scheduled yet another random appointment without my consent. I've now lost time, money, and all confidence in Best Buy's support and protection plan process. It feels like no one takes ownership, and customers are left chasing a solution that never comes. Bottom line: If you value your time and expect accountability, think twice before relying on Best Buy for providing any kind of service for a purchased item.

I asked about availability at other stores. I was told they had it at Roseville. I asked and they said that they could have a manager check it for me before I drove across town. I literally waited half an hour, and when I asked what was going on I was told they hadn't gotten around to it. And that they were too busy. I literally could've driven to Roseville faster. This was 12 o'clock on a Friday there was probably 35-40 people in the store, and that's being generous. And no line at the registers. I finally said forget it I'll buy it from Amazon and they told me to go do that! People call Best Buy Amazon's showroom for a reason. This is the reason. So Best Buy when you wonder why I'm not shopping there, you told me that you didn't need my business and then I should give it to Amazon. I detest Amazon, but they still have better customer service than you do.

    Needed to return a wall mounting bracket for a TV. I filled out the Return Item form on the LG…read morewebsite and received an email saying I should expect a return shipping label in 24-48 hours. After 3 days and no label, I emailed asking for an update. I received a text instead asking for all of the information that can be found in my account. They also asked me to send a picture of the item I needed to return. I sent them the information but received no reply Called their "live operator" number and got a chat bot instead. Again I sent all the info for the item order including the tracking number for the return. Spent an hour online then was told the bot couldn't help me and was given a link to the "live operator chat" (pretty sure it was a bot again.) Gave all the information again and after sending 45 minutes with this one was told my original request for a shipping label was "not processed" and a new request was being submitted and that I would get an email within 48 hours to verify the request and another 3-5 days to get the shipping label. I have little faith they will get it right this time either. How does a company stay in business with this level of inefficiency and terrible customer relations?

    I would suggest that nobody ever order directly from LG online. It has been a communication…read morenightmare. When I placed the order for a refrigerator, they said it would be delivered in one week. After multiple phone calls and emails, they say it will be here next week -- 10 days after they said it would come. I have little confidence that it will be here then either. When I log into my account on their website, it still says it will be here January 2nd; today is January 7th. The local delivery agent, LXPantos, didn't even return my call or email. I will never order directly from LG again, no matter how good the price looks.

    I would rate it zero if I could. I bought a computer and a printer in December. I paid for someone…read moreto come out in January to set up my printer because of the holidays. He came out and who knows what he did. I had to pay for it again. Three times I had the appointment scheduled and no one has showed up. You can't call geek squad you can't talk to the store manager. You can call the customer service number which you are watsing your time it will be someone who does not speak english well and last night the guy said return it. I ask to speak to a manger they wouldn't let me. It's upsetting to me on so many levels. The disrespect from people who wouldn't born here the company for letting their customers not being taken. I write this review as I hope people will not buy from best buy. Please save your pocket book your sanity.

Ironically on Monday received a notice of a problem with the UPS Shipper out of Washington state and My ORDER Wouldn't arrive until July 30th!! WTH? The On-Line ORDER CHAT LINE WAS WORTHLESS.... I Requested the Camera portion be delivered and would accept the Secondary Delay! No Dice, just run-around Goobly-Gook..... I asked about Local Store Stock; ZERO, ZIP NOTHING!!! I went to the Local Store at Eden Prairie Mall.... Received about identical BS runaround....
