Went to T-Mobile on Boylston and they set up an appointment for me at Apple to get the phone fixed, gave me the upgrade while my phone was being fixed, and took care of everything free of charge with an $1100 Trae in value. I was 90% sure of what I wanted going into the store Victor helped me figure out that last 10% with ease and comfort. I haven't upgraded my phone in 6 years, so things have changed since the last time. There was no attempt at unnecessary up-selling for the sake of a few extra dollars, he just helped me pick out the best phone and price for me. He immediately gained a great rapport with me and understood who I was as a customer. What I mean by that is I hate being "sold" on things. Victor, of course asked me about adding accessories to my phone upgrade, I would not expect anything less, but the store doesn't carry the brands that I like for a new case and new charger so he did not try and push anything additional on me. Because of the location of this store, it doesn't get a lot of traffic. If you need someone to take some time to help you out with a new phone or an upgrade this is the place to do it. The bigger stores that handle more traffic are going to be more inclined to turn over customers rather than spend time on customer service.

I was sick of paying all this money for upgrades on phones 3-5 years after I had paid off a phone. I walked into this store on my lunch break to be told by an outside security company that I couldn't go in too many people were inside (10 people) I went back almost 2 hours later where there wasn't a single soul in the store. When I walked in Bobby was balls deep into his personal phone and don't you dare disrupt him. I explained to him I was a long standing customer and wouldn't like to upgrade my phone wihtout having to pay and arm and leg and was considering going to a new comapny. he laughed in my face and told me a new company would screw me over, little did he know i did m research and went ot multip,e providers before going to the one i've been at so long. He told me they were lying to me adn that there was nothing they would do for me. He didn't ask me my name, my account number just told me there was nothing he could do. He must have really had an important message to attend to not care that his company was losing a company. Last I thought someone who was with a company for 18 years would be treated like they would do anything not to lose them. But this was proof big companies DO NOT CARE. Thanks to Bobby I got a new phone and a new plan with Verizon!

Initially, the repair took quite a long time as the shop's replacement parts were also faulty and additional parts had to be brought from another store. The repair took about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the work done by CPR lasted only 3 months. I had to pay another few hundred dollars to have their faulty screen part replaced on Sept. 2nd by another repair service. This service informed me that certain sensors and the waterproof seal had not been properly reconnected during the repair that CPR completed. Not only did CPR take an exorbitant amount of time and money to repair my phone, they also cut corners and used shoddy equipment resulting in more money out of pocket for me to once again repair the poor work completed. Would not recommend.

The repair has been completed, but they refuse to give me back my phone as they say they need to hear from Samsung via email saying it's ok for them to return my device to me. They are literally holding my phone hostage even though the repair had been approved through my Samsung coverage and i already paid them the $29 deductible which was owed on the repair. The manager is a super big dick and i would avoid coming here at all costs unless you want your phone to be held hostage while they wait to hear from the Samsung team via email

Without getting too technical, doing so required a lot of explanation and back and forth between me, my client, our account exec, and Louie who was tasked with helping me from his location at the Seaport. Once Louie was asked to assist, the entire process was seamless. He was able to answer any questions and extremely patient and thorough. He called me from his cell as he was simultaneously in the store calling AT&T regarding our corporate account. The initiative he took to do so made my life easier and I can honestly say that I've never experienced such amazing customer service.
