The store used to have some steals on Jordan's but these days they are marked down a bit but nothing like before. Most of them are bricks that didn't move and you might save 20% whereas before you could find them for steals. I usually keep eye out for Nike club joggers/hoodies etc usually there are certain color ways that have a good buy now price. The store is clean, staff overall can be flagged down for help with sizing or questions. The line for checkout usually is long on weekends but moves fairly well. They got plenty of workout clothes, sports accessories and apparel, and of course the walls of sneakers in the back half. read more

Awful customer service. purchased an item and got wrong size by accident, store lines was out the door when I purchased item....noticed before I left so ran back in to change size....store associate told me I had to wait in the 50+ person lines cause first of all there is no exchange line & they told me I had to wait while I explained that I had my hungry child in car. Seriously, terrific store employees. Friendly. Helpful. Pleasant. Knowledgeable. Willing to go out of their way. Now, notwithstanding they did not have the size I needed the store still rocks. Sure, as with most outlet stores, the inventory is hit or miss as to whether or not they are going to have what you are looking for, like and your size. Sure, there is some discounting of items - mostly out of season. Clean. Plenty of parking. Easily accessible. A must when at Wrentham. read more

When I need new sneakers, I typically go to this store. The prices are ok, but the deals are really against the back wall. This store is best if you know what you are doing and know what you want. The only staff that I ever recall seeing are the ones at the register or the ones that are going into the back room. I know there must be floating staff because the aisles and the sitting areas are always clear. There always seem several people milling about and bumping into one another. But we all kind of expect it given the width of the racks. Staff at the registers are no nonsense, no chit-chat and no smile. No problem...because the lines move fast. Overall the store is clean and organized and easy to get in an out of during the off-season and non-holiday weekends. I recommend coming her during the week after 6pm. read more

The place is almost always packed but the staff ate usually good at getting people in and out. I don't however appreciate the like 100 employees that are like stalkers while you're shopping. Lol. I hate to write a review like this, but I had a very unpleasant experience Sunday morning 12/26 at the Nike store. My mother and I were there to exchange some Christmas items. While in the women's clothing section, I believe we were racially profiled by a young male associate. I've been shopping at this mall since I was a little girl, and I have never had such an experience. I've also been the manager at Abercrombie and Fitch for a few years now, thus, I know how retail is ran. Every time I looked up, this young man was literally watching me. Once I came to this uncomfortable realization, I approached him and asked "are you going to continue to watch me as I shop!?" As soon as my mom and I left the area to checkout, I noticed that the young male associate had left the area too, despite other shoppers still being in that particular area, which proves my point even further that he had been watching ONLY us. I did feel as though that approach was taken because my mother and I are persons of color. read more

I don't purchase much here, but it's a great place to get gifts. While it is said to be a "factory store" prices on most things are regular, and only the clearance section is full of deals. Store has been renovated since my last visit, about five years ago, and seems to work more smoothly now and be much more open. Definitely not as busy as my previous experience though... which is ALWAYS a plus! Products are decent, good quality and decent appearance. I definitely prefer Columbia, but I know many that prefer Nike. What adds the extra star, from what would be a normal 3 star rating for the Nike Store, is for the footwear section and the normal upkeep of the store. Tons of variety of sneakers, and in the springtime, summer shoes. Not way over priced and Nike always provides comfortable footwear. The upkeep of this store is also great. Almost all of the other stores I went to at the Outlets had tons of leftover shorts and short-sleeved t-shirts for the summer. Not here. Everything was up to date and fresh in style! In closing, one of the better (and more popular) outlets that attracts people to Wrentham. Good place to stop. 4 stars. read more

I always walk into the Nike factory store thinking that they'll have something that fits me and is actually discounted from regular MSRP, but I'm always wrong on both fronts. It seems all they have are ugly t-shirts that are like a magnet to the foreigners that trek to Wrentham while visiting the USA or outdated sneakers in sizes that nobody wears like 15 or 6. read more

My boyfriend is a shoe freak. He can spend hours in this store and I can probably shop around the whole outlet taking my time, come back and he still wouldn't be done. We leave with an average of three pairs of sneakers, every time! I dread going to this store, its like hell. Way to overcrowded and the prices aren't even that great! The workers are always friendly as usual. If you're looking for 'deals' at a nike outlet, tanger outlet is the place to be. read more

The pricing at this Nike store is outrageous. I believe that you can find just as good of quality items and attire at Dick's and all for less $. They sell Nike products as well. The store itself is a good size and clothing is laid out well. Employee assistance is a hit or miss. read more

I come here for basketball shoes on the back wall and when they have the 20% off sales you can find some great deals. However every time I come here on a weekend, it's a total cluster. There are always loud annoying kids running around and parents pushing strollers. There is nothing entertaining in the store for kids, and they don't even get shoes so I don't know why they have to be playing in the congested back wall area. I also can't stand some of the other customers. When I want to actually try on shoes, all of the benches are taken up by kids, adults who aren't shopping but playing on their phones, or stacks of boxes. I personally put shoes back after I try them on, but apparently it's okay for everyone else to leave them in the way on the benches or on the floor. Many rude patrons will step in front of you, stand in the middle of the walkway without moving when you politely ask "excuse me", and several smell really badly because they don't wear deodorant or shower. It is no fault of the store's, but it sure makes it annoying to come here. Also the last time I went to check out, there were only 2 cash registers open with 15+ people in line, and several employees were standing around doing nothing. Not very efficient. read more
