Her and her coworker were ready to tell me call 611 for everything when there was actually no need. I was so excited to upgrade my phone but will definitely take my money elsewhere. read more

This is not regarding this particular store. All of Tmobile stores are equally unhelpful, especially now that they added on Sprint. One thing you should keep in mind is that what the store employees tell you is always different than what they tell you over the phone. I literally spent the entire day today trying to resolve several various issues, between the store , 20%, and then 80% of the day wasted on the customer service, one literally would have to not work in order to handle simple issues such as purchasing a new phone or begging for any possible discounts. In another store located on Avenue U the wonderful employee somehow didn't activate my new phone and I only found this out upon reaching the house when my husband was transferring stuff from my old phone to this new one. I mean one would think that thats the first thing they would do when they sell you a phone, to fkn activate it first so you can use it. And dealing with customer service on the phone is even worse if your account happens to be a Sprint one. They literally connect to some call centers in India where in between long waits and echoes from three thousand miles away you get your phone call miraculously dropped in the moment you actually get to any results. Just so you can start over. Calling Tmobile number up yet again so they can transfer you over to Sprint just so you can wait again and then once again explain the same issue over again to yet another representative and again provide same information over and over. I mean wow. I took a day off from work today thinking I was going to get several things accomplished instead it got completely shot by a full time work dealing with this phone business. We bought into the buy 2 lines get 2 lines free and every month since then they have changed our plan and bill without our authority or knowledge, the worst so far came yesterday when this months bill says its over $800.00 without us going over anything in our plan. beware of Tmobile because we spend hours on the phone with them every month fixing our bill and then it happens again the following bill. this is very frustrating and we will be contacting legal help. Avoid this store at all costs. I gave 1 star because I counldn't give NO Stars. I went in the store to upgrade my phone. My name was misspelled BY T-mobile, on my account so 2 letters were missing from my last name. It was an obvious error on the part of T-moble, but Jose, who claims to be a manager, proceeded to tell me that I he wouldn't correct this issue in-store, even after showing my ID and verifying my account and that I had to call T-mobile. He told me this while I was on the phone with guess who: T-mobile. The rep on the phone told me this was totally wrong and even HE couldn't understand why this guy was being such a jerk. Jose had some lady come and co-sign his refusal to give me any kind of assistance due to the name inconsistency which was THEIR fault. I don't know whether these people just DON'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE or what their problem is, but the way they acted was unacceptable. Avoid this store at all costs and Jose is terrible. F^#k that guy. I've been with T-mobile for over 19 years and never had any issues. Hopefully, every time someone googles 1413 Kings Hwy, T-mobile, this review comes up. read more

Thank you T Mobile for getting rid of the kiosk. Before i could pay my bill and be out in 2 minutes like a selfish lover. Now i have to waste my time (a good 15 mins) just waiting to talk to an associate. I dont even like talking to a bank teller. I dont need them telling me crap i already know. There is no need for me to talk to an associate at a cellphone store just to pay my bill. Why dont i just sign up for automatic bill pay? Simple...i dont like my account to be trifled with. Despite being a corporate store, store associate Max P. overcharged me over 50% for a SIM card ($16.01 instead of $9.99.) Customer service credited me the difference after a call. Still pretty sketchy. I was switching from AT&T and instead of transferring my number outright, Max opened my account under a new number. This prompted another $15 charge, which customer service refunded. Great carrier, just avoid this location. read more

T mobile doesnt have a great service but standing here with Eric makes things easier. Eric makes the company's mistakes seem tolerable. Not sure if every sales guy or the whole store lies to t-mobile customers. I was lied multiple time by the sales guy. He just wanted to over-bill me and he actually did. I pay almost $500 to $600 every month to t-mobile. Recently, I added two more lines in my plan with two expensive smartphones. The sales person lied and sold me accessories for smart phone. He said those are free in a bundle so I will be only paying $2 extra. Later, I was charged full price which is $80. Now I'm stuck, can't return bcoz I used them already. I simply believe T-mobile folks. I did not know that they can disrespect their customers just to sell more. Just to sell $80 accessories, t-mobile lies. They do dirty business. The sales rep# is 8159198 who lied to just sell few accessories. They have no moral values. read more
