Aidan was knowledgeable, patient and able to explain technical issues so that a lay person can…read moreunderstand them. He walked me through a tangle of hardware and account issues, leaving me with clear options for getting my phone life back in order--all without any sales pressure. The store is small enought to offer personal attention, big enough to have what you need. Highly recommended.

On 23 June 2026, I visited this store. I was on vacation and my phone screen went white. I asked…read morefor a 17 Pro Max with my existing phone plan and stated that I didn't care about any promotions or what it would cost monthly; he was insistent that he find every promotion possible... wonderful, I thought but I need to have every existing perk or keep my existing plan. I was told that it was NOT possible to keep my plan with the new phone. I then said if EVERYTHING will remain the same, go ahead and switch the plan; I made sure I asked several times if my plan would remain the same.... Inquiring about random items such as Travel Pass and Disney+ and I was assured that it would. I get back to my home state the next day, and try to use Apple Music & I'm told within the app that I have to subscribe. Odd. So I call Verizon and they said it'll be an extra $8 to subscribe. So I subscribed. The representative also let me know that there was an additional line added for a 16 Pro Max.... I had a 13 Pro Max (that broke) and left with a 17 Pro Max so now I'm confused. I asked them to remove the additional line. THE NEXT DAY, I'm watching something on Disney+, and now I have ads. The individual that "helped" me with this new phone had completely screwed up my services. So, after chatting with two representatives upon returning home... guess what happened....... They put me back on my original plan. Funny. The same plan I was told wouldn't be possible with the new phone. Not only did I have to pay ($130) in store but I HAD TO PAY ($70) TO GET BACK ON MY ORIGINAL PLAN. The plan HE changed. If I find my receipt I will include his name. The actual customer service was amazing but the deceptive practices and decisions were disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS YOU GO LINE BY LINE WITH THEM.

I recently visited Apple Downtown Brooklyn on Flatbush Ave, and overall I'd give it 3 stars…read more On the positive side, the store itself is clean, modern, and well-organized--exactly what you expect from Apple. Many staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, and when you do get help, the service can feel thorough and professional. A lot of customers echo this, noting helpful interactions and strong product knowledge. That said, the experience is inconsistent. The biggest issue is support--both in terms of availability and capability. Wait times can be long, and it's not always clear who is available to help. More frustratingly, I've been told on multiple occasions that certain issues "can't be handled in-store," which feels limiting for a location that's supposed to offer full service and Genius Bar support. This aligns with broader feedback about the store: while many people have positive experiences, others mention delays and uneven service depending on timing or staff. Overall, it's a convenient location with potential, but the inconsistency in support and limitations on what can actually be done in-store make it hard to fully rely on.

Booked an online appointment to replace my iPhone battery. Checked in on time, then waited 20…read moreminutes past my appointment before anyone helped me. First employee tried to talk me into buying a new phone because mine was already almost two years old. Then told me, despite what the Apple app said, the battery couldn't be replaced that day. I explained I only wanted the battery replaced since new phones come out in September. That employee disappeared, and a second person told me the battery wasn't in stock and would take three days to arrive -- plus another two hours for the actual repair. The Genius Bar feels like the Gaslighting Bar. I did my research and only wanted a replacement battery but they made me sit through a sales pitch. If they knew the battery I needed wasn't in stock why would they take the appointment? Apple loves to seem green, promoting repairability in theory, but in practice the process is designed to push customers toward buying new devices.

This T-Mobile location is quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with…read more I went in about a month ago to add my mom to my account and what ended up happening was that they added a 3rd line I never authorized, they added services I never authorized and when I purchased a new iPhone for my mom, instead of fully charging me for the device how I originally wanted the goddamn idiot customer service rep (Jose) decided to put the device under contract without telling me so that I would be charged installments every month which I didn't want because it would make my monthly bill higher. When I got home that evening and checked my account it was only then that I realized the horror I had to deal with and It has taken me a entire month to get this sorted through T-Mobile customer service (1-800 number) to get that 3rd removed, pay the iPhone in full, get the extra services I never authorized removed and get a credit back for the 3rd line because I was still charged for it. I will never step foot in that joke of a establishment again, I know that I'm not the only person that has gotten scammed by that place and I know for a fact that regardless of whatever happens with the fraud complaint I placed on that place nothing will happen to either the manager who runs that location or the jackass customer service agent (Jose). So in the end f__k that place and everyone working at the joke of a store, hopefully it burns to the ground!

This T-mobile location is not the best. The line here moves relatively slow, it's a small location…read moreand the employees are not too friendly but there are helpful. I came in here to pay a bill a couple of times in the past and to inquire about potentially upgrading my device(s). I always bring my photo ID with me just in case they request it. I would only advise coming to this location if it's urgent. If not, head to another Tmobile location, preferably on Fulton Street.
