Ok so I wanted to express the excellent customer service received over a 3-day period at this location. We experienced a terrible 2yr ordeal with AT&T and as soon as we were able, we went back to T-Mobile, where for 13 years we were customers. We got new phones and everything was explained in great detail; the teamwork and support among Josh, Charlie, Patty and Xitlali was outstanding. I just received the worst treatment ever. I've been showing at Best Buy for years. This younglady; Ms. Yesze, had an attitude from the start. Because I did not have the right receipt; I guess and told me I need the receipt to exchange in which I know better. So I said, are you sure...from that point the attitude got worst...I ask her why the attitude..no response, so I said did I do something or say something...no response. T-Mobile rep added line to my plan without my permission and signed my name in several different places. she also under quoted the price of the plans and never presented any disclosures yet I received a email with my signature in several different places. I returned to the store approximately 1 hour later and the rep admitted to signing my name. I have contacted a consumer rights attorney and have to go back to the store Thursday to meet with manager. read more

Hidden fees!!! So we went in for a promotion to get a new phone a few months back which was buy 1 get one free. Apparently it comes with a catch, the catch is you need you open up another line. Which of course they didn't mention! So we have 3 phones in our family yet 4 lines open now. We don't need a 4th line open and T mobile is charging us monthly for an extra line we don't even use! Recommend you stay away from this location because the staff is not honest. They just want to make sales however they can. read more

Horrible customer service! Poorly trained associates, Non Supportive & Non Proactive Manager. I went in to pick up a warranty transfer. I was assigned to Selena who appeared to be new because she didn't know anything to do with the tasks for my service needs that day. She couldn't find my phone in the back office and fiddled around for almost a hour trying to transfer my information from phone to phone. Then she kept asking the manager 3 feet away from us for help and she was not supportive at all. Left Selena to sink or swim. To make things worse, Selena answered a personal phone call on her cell and had a full conversation. She was already struggling and had the nerve to be on the phone to further distract herself. The manager was right next to her and didn't say anything. Must be natural bad habits for day to day operations. I ended up just leaving and risking loosing all my data with the factory reset and try to back up at my data at home with the replacement. read more

Thanks to T-MOBILE CORPORATE I was able to receive a free Samsung upgrade from what I had originally purchased for my mother. They were very helpful and were sympathetic and corrected the issue in a quick and smooth manner. I'd like to give a shoutout to T-Mobile's Twitter team for their excellent customer service. In regards to receiving a response or a type of apology from this franchise after formally requesting one from their automated "Tell us your feedback" texts I never received anything. Just judging or assuming that everyone before you in like me should move and lay out the red carpet for you is not the way . I do not get the negative reviews... I needed to get a new phone and was in this shopping center, so I decided to check them out. The reviews were dismal, but I figured I could at least compare 2 phones I was looking at online and purchase elsewhere, if i did not like the customer service. I received a friendly greeting and acknowledgement as soon as I entered the store by several employees working that day. (They were busy, as ALL T-Mobile stores seem to be...). I let one of the customer service reps know that I needed assistance and asked if someone could point out the 2 phones I was interested in. Before I was done playing with the phones, I was approached by Timetra. She asked if I was ready to be assisted. I affirmatively replied and immediately got to the point of my visit. I was impressed that she knew the differences of the models and even seemed to know how to adjust her response based on my specifics interests and needs. (It didn't feel biased or robotic) Timetra was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I wind up purchasing items that I hadn't considered and am very happy that I did (now that I have them...) Her approach didn't feel like a forced "up-sale". It seemed like she was genuinely trying to offer products that would help me. (I actually considered ordering online because I was not in the mood to be harassed or dealing with an attitude, after having such an arduous week at work.) I am so glad I visited this store and hope that others give it a chance, despite the low ratings. More importantly, I hope that they have just as great as an experience that I did last week. This store has staff that is not only rude but not knowledgeable about plans , cells and simple task as taking a payment . They don't have a payment kiosk so you have to deal with a long line and then the untrained staff . Machine to accept checks as a payment always down . Management needs to step it up train staff. Came here tonight between 6:30 and 7pm. I didn't get the guy working's name, but he was extremely rude. I needed help transferring my contacts because smartswitch wouldn't work, not with the cord or with iCloud. He ended up downloading a different app to do the job (which I could have done. I was hoping to find out why it wasn't working with the app made for the phone) I'm thinking there's something wrong with this new phone because smartswitch worked for my boyfriend's phone. As soon as he finished he shouted "BYE! NEXT GUEST!" Walking away, leaving my phone on the counter. He didn't ask if I needed help with anything and he didnt hand me my phone back. I had also wanted to ask about my speaker not working properly; I sound like I'm underwater to other people when I use speaker phone. I bought this phone 7 days ago and it's been like this since I first bought it (galaxy S9). Is it a software issue or do I have a faulty phone? I will have to go to a different t mobile to find out. 1 star for this employee's arrogant, rude and disrespectful attitude. The young lady Eveline is extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in for a warranty issue as instructed by T-Mobile tech support, and she was unwilling to look at the notes regarding S.I.M. card replacement on a new phone. She was more concerned about the text messages on her phone, instead of assisting me. After I dialed customer service while still in the store, she huffed and puffed because I wasn't leaving until I got what was needed.. Once customer service was on the line, she got an instant attitude and rolled her eyes. She needs customer service skills and an attitude adjustment. This is not the first encounter in this store where the employees are rude, have multiple personal conversations while working, and are always on their phone. When I mentioned the service an El Segundo store provides, she stated they must be a corporate store or something, because we don't do that here. All associates at this store have amazing customer service and they're very patient with you. There is not a question they won't answer for any doubts that you may have . They make sure you don't walk out of the store unless all of your questions have been answered. Worst experience ever! I originally had only one line. I purchased 2 galaxy a71 phones and added my mom to my plan, we were asked if we wanted insurance for the new phones and we said yes. the deal came with 1 free line that I decided to give it to my 9 year old niece, she would just have to use her old phone. My phone was recently damaged so I put in a claim, it got denied 3 times. I came back to this store for help since i bought the phones here. Assistant manager Eveline helped me and she just so happened to be the one who sold me the phones. She assigned the insurance to the 2 new lines when I clearly stated that the phone was for me and I wanted to keep my original number. Her excuse was that the system wouldn't let her put insurance on an old line. I asked her why didn't she tell me that in the first place, I WOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN THE NEW NUMBER IF I KNEW THAT WAS THE CASE, IVE BEEN PAYING INSURANCE THIS WHOLE TIME FOR MY NEICES LINE THAT HAS AN OLD PHONE THAT WAS NOT EVEN PURCHASED AT A T MOBILE STORE. when I asked her why she didn't inform me that my line was not going to have insurance she said " ITS NOT OUR JOB" and told me there is nothing else she can do for me. I've been going back and forth for a whole week now and I'm not sure what's going to happen. if you buy multiple phones from here make sure they put the insurance on the correct lines because apparently its not their job to inform us....... my options are keep paying the off the phone that I cant use even though I've been paying insurance (i still owe 400$) or cancel all 3 lines and be subject to more fees and still have to pay the phone off or else risk ruining my good credit score. Bait and Switch Unfortunately, my actual review is about the whole company and not Just the store. To start, I saw the promotions on TV and decide to check out the website before going into the store. I got a pretty good idea of the plan and deals online and decide to go to the store and check it all out. I've been an AT&T customer for quite some years now and T-Mobile has been really selling this come over plan to T-Mobile with all the goodies. Military discount, Netflix, pick your phone, etc. I arrived into the store and was greeted with some really friendly people and felt they were genuinely nice overall. We could not get the deal I was being offered online so I ultimately decided to go back online and try the deals there because the amount the store was telling me versus what I was told online were not quite aligned. This will be one of my complaints later as you will see. So after returning to the website and chatting it up with someone on there, I had to call-in and finalize the deal on the phone a few days later. Now up to this point I have not had any major issue other than a faulty payment process online and inconsistent information between store and website. I received my package in a short period of time and was rather pleased with the speed of everything. I had decided to get these as Christmas gifts and so they would sit under the tree for a few days now until the big day. For my son's line however, I had to actually give him his earlier than Christmas because he's a teenager without a phone. If you're a parent, you know 10 days without a line wasn't to going to work. Now because he decided to join my line from his mothers plan and needed his phone before Christmas, I hesitated to get my line during this transition because I just paid my bill with AT&T and since these things were going to sit under a tree for a few days I could just order mine later. I was reassured by the phone sales person my limit was fine to add my line and I could do it later as I intended. Fast forward to today and like most of you (maybe) finally I can focus on Christmas shopping because the work week usually has most of my attention. I went into a different T-Mobile because I was shopping in a different area, and I was told I could not get a phone because the limit financed had been reached. I asked the person to check again and they said the same thing. No biggie, this would not be the first time the store and online/phone sales team were not aligned as I mentioned earlier so I guess I will have to do as I did before, call in. Unfortunately because it is the holiday season, the wait time was over an hour. My son and I drove to other locations for non related shopping in general and just decided to leave the phone on hold in the background. After only about 20 min, we decided to call-it "hang up" and continue with our day. Now we get into the real disappointing stuff. I got ahold of customer service early in the morning and had to escalate my call to some supervisor after the initial person said the same thing as the store rep. "Oh so now you're on the same page right." Here is my beef, I made the decision to come over from AT&T because they not only had some nice deals, but it was directly aligned with what I needed. A little time to figure out what my son was going decide his XR or XS Max and just add the line when we got closer to Christmas. Of course keeping in mind I was financed for a higher amount initially when I called in. Now the representative says "I can no longer get the deal you want because our records show you have reached the limit of your financing" unless of course you pay for this phone you are requesting "XR". I asked the representative to please check the recorded conversation because I asked specifically about this and was told something different. Checking with his processes and after a short hold, the answer was still the same, NO BUENO. I asked him, what can be done? Who do we need to talk to to check into this because I feel your company was quick to deal initially and now is going back on what we discussed. He came back and said my other option would be, send the phones back, cancel the line, and re apply in three months. Can you believe this? Send back and re-apply in three months. They're wrapped and under the tree. WOW! this is a classic bait and switch moment if I have ever been in one. Apparently, no one has the ability to acess the phone conversation where this was discussed, but they are willing to just say this is our policy and we can do nothing for you. I close with this, AT&T may be a hell of alot more expensive, but their message and consistency has been stead fast for all the years we have been there. I don't know what I'm going to do but I really believe I am going to pull those gifts from under the tree and send them their stuff back one day before Christmas eve because they "T-Mobile" know they've got you by the short hairs. read more

The absolute worst customer service. I just came to buy a phone. However, since I wasn't adding a line or upgrading they put me to the side and said that when a "register is available" then they'd be able to assist. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff is chopping it up on the side talking about "its a slow day". One word: WOW! The only person that was helpful in the WHOLE store was a Sales Associate by the name of Miguel. This star is in honor of him. read more
