The chiara complained about previous repairs being done to the phone citing that being the reason for failure, while the new shop confirmed that my repairs were adequate and the problems were elsewhere on the board. Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement.
