Best costumer service by far!! Gabe was the best! He was so patient with me(I was asking lots of questions) and very helpful, he explained everything clearly and made it easier to understand and he can sing too he was very chill and I felt like I could relax. If I need anything I would def go and wait for Gave! I had someone prior, he wasn't bad but I'm glad I got switched to Gabe, it was definitely easier to talk to him and I felt free to ask as many questions as I could. Don't step foot into this location!!! Don't waste your time, money or patience with this store. I've been into this location multiple times (not by choice) in the past, it's always the same MO. "Come in... Yeaa we can't do anything for you we have to order it"... new device received in worse condition as the device returned and it warrantied... oh come back we'll take a look. Here's my situation. I have an older iPhone that I still pay the warranty coverage on. The device isn't holding a charge anymore so because I pay X amount per month extra I can use that to have a (in contract stated) New or Factory re conditioned device. Well fine. The location has no control over the device the corporation sends. This isn't the problem... What is the problem is the lack of common sense. Before the warranty exchange began I informed the rep of the battery issues I've dealt with in the passed and this is why the exchange is going to take place. I mentioned repeatedly how before we erase my original device we should power the "newer" device and check to make sure the battery is in good health before the exchange is made. Was told there's no way to do that, you must take this device as this is how the warranty exchange works... no problem Pops SIM card in was very eager to take my $5.67 payment to process the exchange. Sends me on my way. Told me "good luck". I get all the way home up in Dutchess county ny to finally be able to open settings menu and Boom SERVICE BATTERY! If we would have used a bit more of those brain cells and turned device on to where the phone was functioning enough to get into the settings menu and saw this LIKE I ASKED. I wouldn't have to take time out of the day to come back.. even tho I'd rather drive farther somewhere else to just make sure the store doesn't receive the business.. I'm going to do the right thing get in touch with corporate.. hash It out with them. My biggest problem with this store is how the staff interacts with the customers. As my wife and I waited for service (about a 1/2 hour) we watched this salesman speak to a customer.. we were in close proximity to the conversation. Had NOTHING to do with phones or selling the something. Just BS'ing about life . That's all well and good but not when you have a store FULL of people eating for your conversation to end. It was rude and looked deliberate.. I promise no one I know will spend a penny in this store. read more

After 15 years, my relationship with t mobile is over. Yesterday I called in to upgrade my phone. I was told of an offer that I agreed with...but they would not mail me the new phone, I had to go to the mall in person to complete. As we are in the mist of a global pandemic, that seemed problematic. At the mall, after waiting in line with mask, I was told that was not a valid offer and would have to move to a new contract at a much higher cost. At home again was told not to worry, go back to the mall and have the manager call in to verify the deal and that there was a notation on the account to satisfy the manager. At the mall I was turned away again with the admonishment that " customer service will tell you anything to get you off the phone and in the store". After 2 visits to a Covid hot spot mall, I now need to self isolate from family for 14 days, as a family member has a compromised immune system do to cancer. T mobile has gone from 'cool to cruel' I will now try a new plucky upstart company called Ting with fingers crossed. read more
