My family and I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store we transferred all 5 of our family plan lines. We had help from Nicole who was super professional, knowledgeable and patient, she spoke Spanish which made my parents feel more comfortable. We translated from AT&T after over 15 years, the prices from T-Mobile were much better we were able to bring our phones over and they also had great deals on new phones, Nicole walked us through the whole process and all available options. My mom got a new phone from them for free. read more

Employees at this store are more worried about the music playing than greeting or even servicing customers. I guess is the least they can do for making you wait 2+ hours. Their typical excuse is "after 5pm there's a lot of people after work".... It's called get a few more sales associates. You are welcome! read more

This place keeps closing early and it annoys me. I work until 7 pm and it's supposed to be closed by 8 PM. It's been the third time that I arrive at 7:20 pm and th establishment it's completely closed. If you're gonna close early, just change your hours. read more

I went into T-Mobile on Sunday, March 13 to upgrade our phone to an i-phone 13 Pro. After getting home and realizing that I was given to extra lines I was confused. Monday, March 14, 2022 in the morning I called the customer care 611 line and ask for clarification. One I was told that the original 2 lines that I went in for to upgrade to the iphones were not covered through the insurance. The lady in customer care was very polite and changed it so that the iphones with the 2 original phones were covered. I also asked if I would have any penalty if I were to return the iphones back into the store and completely cancel all 4 lines that I now have. When I only when in to upgrade 2 lines. The lady in customer care say "NO, I will NOT be charged anything within the 14 days of return and get 100% refund". So I went to the T-Mobile store #8413 located on 17748 NW 57th Ave Hialeah, FL 33015. (305)512-9322. I directly spoke to the assistant manger Eddie and I told him I spoke to customer care this morning and due to "Buyer's Remorse" I am here to return and get my full refund for the 2 i-phones and the 2 extra lines that was put on my account. Rudely without letting me finish talking he said "NO, unless I pay $70 per phone as a restock fee". So I told him ok I will call customer care and have them talk with him so I did and he states while I'm calling the store manager Susel. He came back and again rudely he said the store manager also said "NO, i Have to pay the $70 per phone as a restock fee. After handing him my phone that customer care asked to speak to the manager on duty. He also told them NO. There is no way he can Waive the fee of $70.00 per phone and he gave me the phone back. When I got the phone the customer care lady was still trying to talk to him but he was avoiding her. When I got back on the phone customer care said they are treating me horrible that they can waive the restock fee but they don't want to. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. FOR THEM TO TELL ME AT THE END "IT WILL BE A HIT FOR THEM" IT'S A HIT TO MY POCKET. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL... These people have no remorse for their customers. What a nightmare! read more

I was looking for a plan for my new phone and decided. To give T-Mobile. A chance, I came in just ask a question. About the unlimited. Plan, but no one couldn't assist me so I waited behind a customer. Who was being helped. After a 20 minutes. Waiting., the t-mobile rep asked if I was with. The customer., then ignored. Me after 10. Minutes waiting patiently, another rep approach ed me to put me on a list and waited. For 30 minutes. But no help just to ask a question. That would. Take 1 minute. So I decided. Go to At&T and got assisted quickly and have my service with them now..never going back read more

All the T-Mobile in Miami are disgusting. In every T-Mobile says something different and everything to get your money and they earn commission. The last was the worst situation: We paid for a service yesterday and today this not served and today when we went to complain they told us to pay again, but we get so angry and they had to fix the problem; as this situation we have had more. I went to T-mobile thinking I was getting a good deal even though I got stuck waiting 45 minutes in line before I was even acknowledged. Yet I ended up being charged unnecessary extra charges. A month later I found out I was being charged also for international calls I never made and internet usage without my consent. I got my phone stolen and tried to claim another one using the insurance I paid and almost had to pay for the full price of another phone when I was told since day one I was going to be covered by paying monthly insurance. Tried to cancel my contract and unlock my phone and after waiting 3 months and talking to a million different representatives here and in India I was charged once again for a whole new phone and had to send it back to twice before it was unlocked. I will never use this store or T-mobile services again! read more
