The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? I just need all my information transferred before the phone dies. He: If you want to buy a new phone elsewhere we can transfer the information on to that phone. huh? One: I can't transfer without more power. Two: I am not the main account holder. I said I know this. I gave him the number and my number. He was easily able to look up the account but refused because he needed the account holder ID. "Face to face" I asked if needed to scan the license? No. He was able to text a code to my phone! Again, I said nothing is changing, I just need a new phone with the same number. I will buy the phone right here, right now so it does not go on the bill. He saw my name on this account as well. He just kept telling to call customer service. Why does verizon bother having these stores. They are just not helpful. Just a bunch of bodies.
