When my laptop screen went dark, I took it to the store because I had a great prior experience with my husband's phone and a data transfer issue with my phone. He knew exactly what I needed in both previous visits and that's what he gave me .. the assistance I needed. Great guy to work with ... so knowledgeable, courteous, polite and re-assuring that there is a solution. So, I knew my laptop was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!! My phone's charging was slowly deteriorating over the course of a few months. I would plug it in and wiggle the charger until it finally started charging. I tried cleaning the port and new charging cables, but I became convinced the problem was with my charging port. Over the last few days, my "charging technique" barely worked, so I took it into the shop. The man behind the counter took my phone in the back and reemerged a few minutes later with my phone charging perfectly. Lint, that I couldn't see with my magnifying glass, was getting compacted inside the port. He pulled it out and Wahla - my phone charges again! He said "no charge", so a review is the least I can do. I had a wonderful experience with the technician that helped restore my cell phone. He was super knowledgeable because when the first tactic failed to work he immediately thought of a second option. That second attempt was successful at in-freezing my cell phone from being stuck on the home page. Worst possible customer service available in the carlstadt, nj location. The person doing the intake on my phone didn't process it correctly and took no pictures of the damage. They admitted that they didn't know how to take my case off, so they cracked the back screen by flexing my iPhone 12 ProMax until the back shattered. They have now done an insurance claim that they hope will get me a phone in the next two hours. Juan Herrera offered to put a temporary front screen on so the phone is usable and then said he's not fixing it. I asked if I left the store and had an emergency, how would I call 911? His "professional" response was I don't really care! So even when the new phone comes, I have no way of transferring the data to the new phone. Now i am out a phone and i have to pay for their mistake to get a new phone!! read more

I called for a battery replacement, I was told they had the battery in stock. I dropped the phone off in the morning and I was told it would take 3-4 hours and I'd receive a call when it was ready. I never received a call back. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to ask about my phone. I was told the battery they had in stock was defective. So it looks like they planned to keep my phone and not give me a call back. I asked when a battery would become available and was told they would have one in three days. I asked three times if they 100% would have a battery otherwise I'd go to another location, and was told 100% they would have it. I would not recommend you do business with this location. They are disorganized, and are not honest. I called this location to repair an Xbox that was overheating. Even though I called the local number a call center answered, and did not identify themselves as a call center and provided me with this information. Bring in your Xbox at 2pm, we will diagnose the problem in a few hours and repairs can be done in 24 hours. As per instructions I showed up at 2pm with my Xbox, where I was then informed, the diagnosis would take 24 hours and the repair would take a week. This should have set off a red flag, as one week is much longer than the 24 hours i was told on the phone, but I was already there, so I left my Xbox. The following morning, I received a phone call saying the repair would be 100 dollars and the caller asked when I would be bringing my Xbox in for service. I replied, it is already there. How did she not know it was there, how did she know it would be 100 dollars? I then asked if you have not looked at it, how do you know it will be 99 dollars. She said whatever it is, it will be 99 dollars to fix. I asked when the diagnosis would happen, she was unsure. After not hearing anything for 4 more days I called again to check on the status. I was then told , they are waiting for parts, and the repair would now be 149.00... 50 dollars more than originally quoted. After pointing this out, I was told ok, we can do it for 99. I asked again, has anyone opened up my Xbox and diagnosed the problem. And the answer was no. At this point this company had my Xbox for 6 days, quoted me two prices and had not even looked at what the issue was.. On the 7th day, I came in and picked up my Xbox, it had not been serviced or even diagnosed. I wasted a week of time with this business. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. They are dishonest about pricing, they are dishonest about time, they do not do what they say they will and seemed very unempathetic while dealing with me as a customer. And each time I spoke with them, somehow the manager was not available. read more

I was told by T-Mobile in Passaic 586 Main Ave that my iPhone 7 charging port was no good and can't be repaired. I am a Sprint account also. I came here primarily because my wife needed a battery for her Google phone, just for the heck of it I asked them anything could be done with mine. 2 hours later my phone was up and running again and all for $79. Now I'm really pissed off at T-mobile who acquired Sprint because I just let them talk me into an iPhone 11. Before you get screwed like I did at T-Mobile come to these folks cause they're honest and fast and no BS. I'm not done yet with T-Mobile and they will take this new phone back. read more

The first time i came here there we helpful.. but they couldnt do much to fix the ps3..now i come back with a wii problem and two new ppl and there as dense as can be.. its like a ubreakidkhowtofix store..i had a problem with the screen not going on.. they said well we could factory reset it.. i guess they went to duh school..u need to get to the main menu to factory reset it.. which is the problem to get to the screen... they dont repair wii's anymore at nintendo..so these guys are your best shot pffft yeah as being useless.. dont come here read more
