I've gone to various cell phone providers and must admit that T-Mobile associates have provided me with a really good customer experience. Despite the busyness of the store, there was an associate Poli who acknowledged each patron that entered the store. She was attentive and ensured all were seen and valued as a customer. No one person felt slighted nor ignored. There appeared to be only 3 representatives working which made it challenging as there were over 20+ customers, possible due to the lateness of hour. It seemed as though the volume tripled during the last hour. I'm choosing to highlight the exceptional customer service of those who may normally only receive negative reviews and or comments. I spent over two hours here on 8/1/2025. They gave me a price up front, at the end of two hours after I gave them tons of information and passed their ridiculous credit check, they came back with actually going to be $250 more than we told you at the beginning. A complete waste of my time and energy, WHO DOES THAT? A 100 PERCENT LACK OF BUSINESS INTEGRITY! I said you should have told me that two hours ago! Amber helped my son with his iphone trade-in and the purchase of the iphone 14. She is very patient, well informed, and helped us with everything with super customer service. I hope T-mobile recognizes her and promotes her as an asset to the company. I have been in other T-mobile locations and by far, she is the very best. Just had my first T-Mobile experience here opening up a business account. Due to social distancing requirements they said it would be a 30-60 minute wait but they were ready for me 10 minutes later. Jonathan met me outside and walked me in. He asked what I needed and got to work helping me compare pricing and packages. No pressure, no BS, just actual help. Got his guy Scott on the phone when I started asking extra complicated questions about random stuff I read online. They got me all squared away with everything I needed and I paid way less than I expected. I've been a Sprint customer for like 15 years, even before it was called Sprint, but definitely will be looking to move over to T-Mobile based on the service I can get here and the fact that they can beat my Sprint pricing by a wide margin. But seriously, Jonathan is great. Has been at T-Mobile 5 years and obviously believes in the company and it shows in his customer interactions. read more

have had consistent horrible service at this store. went in last week with a friend for help took the girl 10 min to even address us. she was busy taking selfies. Today while recovering from surgery my unit wouldn't come on. called TMobile customer service they were very helpful and called the store on Midway to arrange me to pick up a new unit at the store. went in only to be treated so rude and told they would have to order one since I did not purchase the unit from their store. I explained t mobile CS had spoken with them and was told for me to come pick up new unit. Amber didn't seem to care and I was treated so rudely. I would cancel all my T mobile services before ever returning to that store on Midway. By the way spoke with t mobile CS again and they have arranged me to pick up unit at another store. read more

I drove 20 minutes to get to the store due to its the closest one stays open till eight got here at 7:35 PM there are two girls sitting inside employees but doors are locked. knocked on the door they did not give me any acknowledgment. read more

Great service. I appreciate Adriana and Danny. Although both busy when we walked in they both greeted us and when I asked to play music while we waited Danny gave us the green light.
