Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

It also displayed glitches, including ghost touches, color distortion and poor display clarity. The screen itself was noticeably bulkier than the original and clearly low quality. At no point was I informed that non-OEM or substandard parts were being used, nor was I offered any refund or warranty when the screen failed almost immediately. I had to get it replaced again elsewhere, again, only 3 days later, and the new technician even commented at the poor condition and size of the screen that had been installed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this store for any repairs. The lack of transparency, and product quality is unacceptable.

Then I brought them more difficult task Xiaomi phone with fingerprint sensor. They told me that there are 2 options - cheaper, but without the sensor, and more expensive, but it would work as original. I have picked up the later. When the phone was ready, I found out that the sensor was not working. And there it started. Instead of admitting the mistake, they started blaming me. The lady (later she appeared to be the owner's wife) came out to the front and told that the sensor needs to be initiated after screen replacement. I asked to help me with that, but then she told that there was a water damage exactly where the sensor sat. But the phone clearly showed that the sensor was not working. I did not shout, I only asked one question - why did you lie to me and why are you lying now. The exited lady when back, saying that she would put my old screen back. Then the owner appeared and insulted me with the statement that I am not welcome there any more; that I brought troubles to their establishment. After all instead of suggesting me to adjust the price of suggest me any other kind of satisfaction, they told me to pay in full or they would put my old screen back. I had to pay but this was the biggest frustration of the year for me. I always try to support local business and this was very my disappointing. To realize there attitude, you just need to read their responses to negative reviews. These ppl know nothing about responsibility, respect and customer service.

might be the worst customer service ever created by a company. in a chat support service i was…read moresupposedly connected with a real agent that suspiciously only started sentences in "Thatsa. great question!" and refused to answer my questions like its still AI. i eventually closed the tab as it could not be more useless. If you ever have to unfortunately call them, be prepared to waste 2 hours of your day over transferring to different teams and then having to explain your entire situation 5 times, and repeat your address 20 times, and only then they MIGHT solve your issue there. You go to a store, they tell you to call. You call, they tell you they are transferring you. Then they transfer you again. And again, and again, and again. Until its been 50mins. Truly impressive how terrible their customer service is.

I didn't know it was missing, so I happily left. Camera worked great for a few months the 6 months or so I started having issues with spots and focus, so I took it back under the fake lifetime warranty. Alejandro refused to repair the camera, blaming me for not putting the glass on. (Since I'm a iPhone repair specialist, oh wait that is why I paid them) I'm calling corporate, but have a feeling they won't be much help, all I could do was leave a message.
