If I could give ZERO stars I would. This particular store is a JOKE they're lazy liars who don't do their jobs. I've spent the last 30 days and countless hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer support because THEY DID NOT do their jobs. After 5/6 hours IN THE STORE. They said everything was taken care of with my switch from Att to T-Mobile, but it wasn't. They never submitted the appropriate documents they HAD gotten from me, like they said they would. Cost me $800 out of my pocket while I had to WAIT and CALL and WORK with customer service to get my money back and things be done the RIGHT way. DO your jobs or hire competent professionals to do it. They sit around chatting and laughing and on their phones, one employee who is a woman even sat talkin about her uncle is in the KKK, I mean talk about UNPROFESSIONAL and out of touch. I'm a teacher, you think I sit around and NOT teach my kids and get PAID for it then expect the parents to teach them what I GET PAID TO DO.. NO. I don't even live in Arkansas, my family does. Do you damn jobs or find news ones. Do not go to this store, I suggest finding a new location. read more

My wife and I went in to switch to T mobile from Verizon. The kid who helped us called Verizon with us and assured me that he had handled everything. He said they would cover our last bill and pay off my phone. It didn't happen and what ensued were multiple calls and trips to the store with no results. I was flat out lied to and at one point during one of my hour plus calls with customer support, the support person called this store and we were told by the employee that answered at the store that "he was with a customer and did not have time for this" and hung up. The manger Eric is no better than his employees. All and all it took me 4 in person trips, two to Verizon and 2 to the store and around 9 hours on customer support to get this resolved and believe me, no one at this store facilitated the resolution. BEWARE: This store isn't owned by T-Mobile, it is a licensed dealer. My mother and I went in today to add a line to my account and the employee informed us that they will not serve, or even allow, people like myself in their store. They said that it is the owners rule to discriminate against people with a medical condition like myself. They kicked me out and wouldn't allow me in the store. The employees told us that their boss watches them on the cameras and threatens to fire them if they don't enforce this discrimination. Absolutely unacceptable. We will never go in to this store again (or any other 'licensed dealer' in Fort Smith as they're all probably owned by the same pig). read more

Horrible customer service. Not willing to help out in anyway. Their 'policy' is to make you pay for something even if you had no idea what was still 'ported'. Blows my mind that that they were that unwilling to help a customer. We were only with them for about an hour..then we switched back to Verizon. It was very very very bad. read more

Bad customer service. Left several messages for store manager and I was promised a call back but never once did they call back.

Great company, have never had ANY issues with them, not the greatest service but good enough for this area considering it's farm land 90 percent of the places. Billing is consistent and they are very lenient on payments. Best phone company by far. The store manager is rude as hell to his employees. Maybe loosen up on them and run a smoother store and you'd have better customer experiences and better reviews. Anyway all in all I'm a happy t mobile customer read more

Warning!!! Stay away from this place! T-Mobile service in this area is terrible, and the staff is not honest or professional. I left Verizon for them, and after one night of no service at my house and the general area, I was back at Verizon! Do yourself a favor and head my warning! read more

The manager of this store is very rude. I don't know why Julio has such an attitude with the customers and his employees. I was told how much a plan would be by the 3 employees that were talking to me as they where not busy that day. I went in two days later and the amount was different that was written down. I said to him that all 3 of the employees where incorrect and one of them was standing right there during our conversation and he said yes they did not give me the correct info. I told him maybe he needs to train them a little better if all 3 employees where incorrect and he said yes that makes me a bad manager and walked into his office and would not come out even when the employee needed his assistance. I went to his office and asked him to help her and he told me that they were only responsible to make sure my contacts transferred over to my new phone, which they did not transfer. So he said I needed to purchase a new battery or SD card before he could help me. Wow what a way to run a business. I will also contact T Mobil as this Franchise needs some serious help. Even the employees don't like him. Unhappy employees leads to Unhappy customers. read more
