The tech, "made adjustments", got the furnace to ignite, and refused to tell me how. He then consulted with his boss and returned with a $496.00 bill. This is about 3x the amount of a common service call. He added that they would apply the $496.00 to the price of installing a new inducer motor, or a new furnace. Making the installation of a new inducer motor $904.00. I spoke with a supervisor who said it was more than a service call because "adjustments" were made, and the heat is now on. I consider this very sneaky and out of line. They never told me this service call would be $496.00, or any price for that matter. It was a sneaky rip off that the consumer should be aware of. I should have paid no more than $200.00 for that service call. Future customers should be aware of this tactic.

All I got was a run around. The people at the 800 number said they couldn't take my payment and so couldn't set up an account, the people on chat either thought they could do it and were unsuccessful or didn't know how to try. The first dealer I called said they couldn't connect my hotspot to their network, even though I verified it was good to go on their website. Lot of going around in circles and not getting anywhere. This all changed when I called the Cricket dealer on 7235 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI. I explained my dilemma to Robert, who told me "no problem, we can get you going" or words to that effect. I drove over and found Robert to be personable, but more importantly, very knowledgeable. Despite a few hickups in the process of getting my hotspot connected to their network, he quickly worked through the problems and got me up and running. If only I would have called that Cricket store first I could have saved myself half a day of frustration. I highly recommend this store, and especially Robert.

Upon arriving to the home we realized neither of us had a way to enter the home (our relator was not with us). His explanation and walkthrough during the inspection provided us with valuable things to look for in our next house. This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. The door on the right is bit heavy but if you're in need there are many people around to help you get in. 28/2025 Service 5 Ambiance 5 Location 5 easy 2 hour parking around the building. Value 5 standard and customary rates less expensive here than Michigan.

She purposely makes mistakes on important documents, so that the recipient calls UPS to fact check the validity of the Notary, which then provides proof of where the document went and essentially what the document was for! On Multiple Occasions, I've gone here to get documents Notarized for Business Reasons and Execution of Signature to ensure documents are witnessed properly. Each time the Notary makes a mistake on the document such as, 1)Writing the incorrect date, 2) Refusing to place Notary Stamp in a directed location by purchaser, or even 3)Writing/striking a line through the date; is a bait tactic. This bait tactic warns the recipient/viewer of signatures to "Fact Check," where the purchaser got the Notary from. In part, the Notary Public has concerns about what they are signing and want to verify where the document was going (i.e.) Reasons, just in case they were ever subpoenaed to come into court, they would know what they are attached to. In many cases, it is rare for a Notary Public to be pulled into ANY situation related to what a purchaser is having their signature witnessed on! I have had really important documents questioned by the recipient, because they had several markings on them! Wisconsin, is the ONLY state I've ever been to, where "Training is obtained, forgotten and not enforced, but the Credential Holder, remains licensed; under DSPS." However, the purchaser is held accountable for the mistake of the licensed individual!!! How does this even make sense? Going forward, I'll be using the sister organization I work with to get document signatures notorized/witnessed! If you are busy and down to the last hour, go here only if its urgent! Better to bring multiple copies of the same document just in case someone makes a mistake!
