It's been a month since switching (or should I say TRYING to switch) to T Mobile and we currently have been 1. Double billed 2. Lied to about pricing 3. Threatened by strung out employee 4. Have 1 phone that doesn't work at all 5. 4 phones that register as the wrong number 6. Have had to take off work 5 times to go in the store to try to resolve issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH T MOBILE. These employees aren't capable of picking up dog shit in my yard.

We were presented with multiple options with the pros and cons of each solution, and ultimately decided on 8x8 as our hosted VoIP provider through BTS. The price was the same as working with 8x8 directly and BTS provided one of their technicians onsite free of charge to setup all of the phones. bait and switch. talked with Antonio on the phone and discussed offers prior to arrival. i brought…read morethe whole family with to convert 3 lines over and when we arrived, we confirmed again verbally what was discussed 20 minute earlier. during the process we actually switched one iphone to a lower cost iphone and he began to process everything. several other customers entered the store during the process, not one was greeted. we had been there for over an hour when he broke the news that the out of pocket cost was about $700 more than what we had discussed. we were upset and left. on our way home we discovered we had no service! Antonio had begun porting over all 3 phones even though we had never signed any paperwork. this was not mentioned before we left the store! to make matters worse, 2 days later while we were away on vacation, we realized he had never given my drivers license back. this guy had 3 numbers he could have called called to tell us and he never made any effort to follow up and let us know. we thought this would be a simple conversion and we could enjoy our vacation with our new iphones, WRONG! We had to spend 3 hours on the phone with our old provider and tmobile to get 2 of 3 phones reconnected. We had to cut our trip short so we could get the 3rd phone set back up. to make it even worse, a month later we got a bill from tmobile for service we never had an opportunity to use, nor ever signed any paperwork for! after filing a complaint with Paula in customer "no"service regarding the bait and switch tactics and the bogus bill, we were told the situation would be elevated to the store and district manager. we heard nothing more from anyone at tmobile! this month I received yet another bill for the services not received. turns out not all charges were reversed. WTF?!?!? this cluster F$@K caused me to waste over 6 hours of my time in their store, on the phone (5 times w/ tmobile), and back with the original provider to get everything back to where we started!!! Worst service i ever experienced in any area of business! buyer beware!
