Came here for a phone upgrade that was past due for the past two years. I've been happy with the 4s so far. I've been to 4 of the authorized ATT stores. They are all different in location some kiosk, some end on strip centers and middle of a strip center. I was happy to see 2 familiar faces from two other stores. During the release of the latest 6s and 6s Plus it can be very busy after 5:PM. They have a ATM that will take payments cash or credit. People paying bills. They staff up and the manager Nathan greeted everyone as soon as they enter. Nathan reviewed the difference between 6 and the 6S 6plus. I roughly knew what I wanted but Tony helped me to decide for sure I was in between two phones and was very happy with my final choice. Activating a phone at this time on Tuesday, while all the other stores across the nation is in the process of doing the same thing resulted in a bottleneck at Apple servers with errors in activation they instructed me on how to activate it in the store or at home. It took close to 45 minutes to get activated. And they assisted in showing me how to get my apps, contacts, music, notes off the cloud they were ok with me hanging around to migrate 4 email accts. I was recently in here to upgrade to my new Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). He was able to get my new phone all set up for me, and even get my pics and contacts transferred over to the new phone. There was no wait when I arrived, so the process from start to finish didn't take super long. In the meantime, I found a cute phone case for said phone. This location has a nice kiosk where you can pay your bill. It accepts cash or credit card as forms of payment. My husband and I have been AT&T customers for years. In addition to having our cell phones with them, we also have a landline (yes, we are one of the few people that still have one!), internet, and the U-Verse TV. Overall, we've had a pretty good run with them. read more

Very rude young man was not at all interested in helping me find a protective cover for my new I-phone. I have never done this for myself before because my son-in-law used to work for a phone company and would handle it all. Now when I find myself in need of a little advice, I get none. There were 3, yes THREE employees standing around a table, chit-chatting when we walked in. We did end up buying 3 protective covers, only because we had a great coupon from a different at&t rep(HE is great!!) The employees at this store could learn great lessons from our rep!!! read more

Don't use this company. They don't care about their customers. Had them in California bundled with AT&T and Direct TV. Terrible internet service. Moved from California to Wisconsin. Returned the modem when we got here in May 2020. In February 2021 they sent my account to collections for not returning it. I called to give them the tracking information when it was returned in May 2020 and they said I had to contact the collection company to resolve it. Of course they just want their money so had to pay 210.00 for something I already returned to get it off my credit report. I was in the middle of buying a house and now having to deal this crap. Thanks for screwing over your customer. Will never use Direct TV or At&T again. read more

When it comes to cellphones At&t is the leader. The staff at this location is great. They are very helpful and do their best to resolve any issue you may have. One thing to be careful with is if you order online and chose to pick up your new cellphone in store. You are asked online to provide your credit card info. When you pick up your phone they swipe your card to complete the order. This can cause problems if you have multiple lines that you are upgrading. Because they have to swipe your card for each separate order, which throws up red flags for your credit card company. The only con about this location in there parking lot is very cramped. read more

Walking in to just get an inquiry turns out leaving with new services and cut in costs. From the moment of walking into the store we were cordially greeted by a customer service representative. It was a hectic but well controlled environment. CSM Collin was amazing. Very knowledgable and very well customer service oriented. We've spent a total of a little over two hours in there and Collin was very patient and saved us money on our services. My dad is a pretty simple, old-fashioned guy, so when his first cellphone doubled as a smartphone (even though he didn't have a data plan) I was pretty dubious. After he left me three accidental voicemails peppered with more swears than I thought him capable of, I decided that it was time for him to get a new phone. So we went in, were immediately greeted by a friendly host, and added to the list. My dad explained that he needed something that wasn't a touchscreen and had bigger buttons so that his "fat fingers" could actually manage to do things on his phone. I explained he needed something that wouldn't constantly trigger facebook, gps, or any of the other functions that require the data package he doesn't have (and that add a couple bucks to his bill every time he hits them on accident.) We ended up speaking with Edwin, who was very helpful! He was polite, friendly, listened attentively to our problem, before directing us to the basic phone section. My dad didn't seem to impressed with the collection, Edwin gave us the resources we needed to find a better selection of phones for our exchange. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a phone store. read more

After being mugged Tuesday night at gun point, having my iPhone and wallet taken, I talked with AT&T for over two hours on Wednesday. I was told by their customer service rep. that there was nothing they could do for me, despite not even being a customer and having that phone for a full year yet, "wariness don't include theft". I was transferred to their loyalty department and told that I would be sent a Samsung Galaxy S, FREE OF CHARGE and would receive it on the 2nd of December-I haven't received a single thing. Concerned by this, being without a phone, an ID, or any kind of access to funds for a week now, I went to the nearest AT&T store to find out what the hell was going on. They informed me that there was nothing about it on my account at all, that yes I talked to their loyalties department but there was no order, no note, no anything on my account. I then spent, in store, another hour and a half on the phone with their loyalties department AGAIN, being put on hold 3 different times, transferred from loyalties, to customer service then back to loyalties again... while the AT&T employee sat near by playing CANDY CRUSH ON HIS PHONE-there's nothing they can do. So what, I made it up?! Are you kidding me? How can their employee promise a replacment phone free of charge, give the type of phone, the date it will arrive, confirm the address of where to ship it to and then NOT. DO. THAT?!? Now after ALL OF THIS, AT&T can't do anything for me - No wait, they did offer me the option of buying ANOTHER phone, and purchasing a second line (and of course asking who my internet and cable provider is, because that's what you ask someone who's been mugged, right? Try and bleed MORE money from them, right?!) and they're STILL making me pay the remaining $500 of the iPhone listed in my POLICE REPORT as stolen! UNBELIEVABLE! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! This experience was almost as bad as having your phone taken at gun point!!! Thanks a lot AT&T for making this awful ordeal even worse. read more

I did a bad thing. While celebrating a friend's birthday, I got careless and lost track of my cell phone. When I woke up the next morning, of course ready to check my email I realized it wasn't in my pants pocket (Was still wearing the pants. And my shoes. That's another story for another day.) . Panicking as you could imagine, I remember that I have a somewhat broken phone, still under warranty sitting around the house. Hoping against hope for a resolution that doesn't involve busting out the Visa, I grab the thing and head to the wireless store that I have always done business with. The consultant, Gerald, could not have been more helpful. He examined the phone, saw that it was under warranty and set to work in getting it replaced for me. Even going so far as to give me advice in how to deal with the people I was dealing with on the phone, he took care of me. This is not the first time I have gotten exceptional service from this store. The last time they helped me out in pushing forward the upgrade date on my account, allowing me to pick up a new phone to replace another one I had broken. Don't ask, I'm brutal on my phones. A lot of people seem to gripe about their experiences in dealing with wireless companies, and in other respects I'm not a huge fan of AT&T, but these guys surely do what they can to provide a positive solution to whatever problem you might have. read more

I recently had called at&t and had to deal with their phone customer service reps. I am happy to say that i have never had to do this before since i have never had any problems with at&t. Their automated question and answer thing is just great. I just love how it ask you if it has down the correct information after you tell it, because i would hate to have my information be in wrong and get sent to the wrong department. after 5 mins of talking to the automated voice i got to speak with a very nice lady, forgot her name, and she helped me right out. She ask me what my problem was and she fixed it right there. I was so delighted to have everything fix in such a timely manner. I would recommend everyone call at&t customer service and experience the very model of genuine customer service that at&t has to offer. read more

ATT IS WORTHLESS!! I changed over to ATT and I had my number ported which means I requested them to retrieve my exciting number and have it saved . I have had this number for over 30 years. They told me I have to cancel my exciting service before they would even be able to make an appointment for them to come out and install my new ATT service. I thought this was crazy and after 2 hours arguing over the phone I decided to give in. I canceled my old service and ATT would be coming out in 10 days to hook up my new service. Yes you read correctly. 10 DAY'S WITHOUT INTERNET & A LAND LINE. Finally 10 days later the guy is here to hook me up but he says he is only hooking up my internet . He tells me my phone line hook up was cancelled. Well I am the only one who can cancel it and I did not.Long story short they lost my number and there is no way to get it back. So that is why they are worthless. All you do is talk to pleasant robot humans that think they can help you with anything only to find out you will be given a different number to call and you will repeat everything all over again & again & again. The last thing you will hear from all the people you talk to is don't text & drive. As much as I agree with that phrase I prefer not to have it running through my head as I close my eyes to go to sleep. =) It's pretty sad when something like this happens. ATT did not walk me through anything . Make sure you have everything in writing because of course when my 1st bill came the special offer I was to receive for 12 months was not the price on my bill. The five stars go to Daniel, a very patient, efficient, intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful salesperson at the Greenfield store. Since I was shopping only for a GoPhone, he was not going to make any commission off the sale, however, he treated me with a professional level of patience and respect. (The clerks at the Glendale, WI store want nothing to do with you unless you are interested in a contracted phone.) This gentleman displayed the highest level of professionalism. Daniel deserves a raise and/or promotion, as he is a very positive reflection on AT & T. I will never return to the Glendale store and will make the long, extra drive out to the Greenfield store in the future! read more

This is a horrible place. First time I have ever been to this location. Long story short, I purchased the Pelican phone case with my iPhone upgrade because Stacy that works there recommended this case as the best protection for the iPhone 6, and the store had discounts on cases at the time. No brainer. Stacy placed the phone case on my phone before I left the store. My phone drops from waist high 2 weeks later onto the ground and this case both (back and front pieces) completely comes off. My phone ended up having damages but still worked though; there were no cracks but the phone was delayed and had scratches. I go into the store alone and the guy just gives me the exact same case and took me as a joke. So me and my dad this time go back into the store and Stacy that sold me the phone and case tells me the case did its job. WHAT! Stacy wanted to ignore the damage to my phone, as if they didn't occur and she popped the same exact Pelican case on over the damaged phone. Why would I want her to touch my phone and also put the same case on that came off my phone. The place basically calls me a liar, didn't want to take any responsibility (was it the case itself or human error from putting them putting the case on incorrectly...they did not even consider these options at all), and didn't want anything to do with me or my dad. Stacy was very rude to my father in front of her own manager and even walked away from the desk. I was surprised that an employee behaved in this manner and the manager allowed this. I would never talk to a customer or my elder like the way this place did. These people are just about sales. I received my money back after a big hassle and the manager of the store manager being called and upgraded at the Apple store in Mayfair mall. The Apple store tells me they have never heard of Pelican phone cases, nor do they touch your phone. They walk you through these steps and you're out. You live and you learn though. read more
