I could go on for days but I'll shorten it up I only had boost for one month and I never got to complete one phone call to the end the phone's never worked I took back two phones on the third phone they wouldn't let me take it back and it was broken as well. The same thing was wrong with all three phones and the uneducated worker at the store could not tell me what it was and I couldn't even return this phone and it was within the 7 days. He wouldn't give me his managers name or number. And I also called customer service and they may have seemed nice but none could help me I probably called 50 or more times. Then to top it off my bill was not what it was suppose to be. I switched to save money but got s*****d and lied to and they won't let me get my number or unlock my sons phone which he paid cash for and they never told us that he had to keep their service for 12 months which wouldn't have been an issue if my phone even worked at all. At one point he even changed my number and didn't even tell me. Everytime I went to the store it was at least an hour and a half. I use my phone for work and have almost lost my job because of these issues.

I left with a Samsung J7 Perx (my choice) when i went home it would not charge and the phone kept saying charging paused battery overheating when the phone wasn't even hot. Well it was definitely a manufacturer issue so i went back to the store not an hour later. I wanted to change phones all together or drop the service i just purchased. An unkind gentleman named Chris tried to tell both myself and Nikki i couldnt exchange the phone for a different brand or return it all together. Nikki did not give up on me she kept calling and trying to help me. She called A lovely woman named Denise and she was able to assure me that they were on my side and that she wanted to help. After about an hour of me being a pain asking about specs and camera quality differences both nikki and Denise set me up with a LG X Charge. (Im excited to try the 13mp camera) They even told me that if i had any issue what so ever i could call or visit again in the first couple days to see if i liked the phone and if i would like to keep it. Regardless of which ever phone i had the service and friendship they both provided is something i desprately needed in my life. It overall was a positive and pleasant experience. And i think i might have even made a few friends in the process . highly recommend if you need a phone but also a friend.

I spoke with Mickey who assured me that the store had a few Samsung S23 Ultras left. We knew that since we would be trading in our phones, that it would take a while to get everything set up. When we arrived Mickey, was a one woman show. She was simultaneously helping us along with several other customers. Our process took longer than expected and the store ended up closing. (a few hours had passed). I informed her that I could return on Wednesday to continue transferring my photos and text messages. Fast forward to Wednesday when I arrived, Mickey not only remembered me, but she continued helping me get everything successfully converted over. I say all of this to say that my faith in customer service has been restored. From someone who has worked in a few call centers, this young lady has a way with customers. Among many other things, she is knowledgeable, considerate, extremely patient and has a take charge attitude. Upon leaving the store, I recognized that she had a certificate posted for Employee of the month. I can unequivocally say that she has earned that tile! Replacing it would have cost close to $800. Costco recommended a company called ITI. I called them, and they said they could fix it for $300. ITI must sub-contract this work locally to Computer Specialists because the business card that was left after the fact was for Computer Specialists and not ITI. I had to pay the money up-front via providing my credit card info over the phone, which I didn't like. However, shortly after paying and filling out a few approval forms. A technician called me and told me my parts were on order and would call back when they arrive. My technician, Christie was super nice & called all the time to confirm details prior to arriving. The repair itself was quick. I totally recommend this company if your TV needs repair. You might save some serious dough in repairing it rather than replacing it.

At first, everything worked perfectly. I thought I had gotten lucky and dodged a bullet. But, later that day, the display went out. Some friends recommended Foxpaw for the repair. I calling Foxpaw and discussed my situation with a customer serve person, I dropped my phone in a kiosk Saturday night for their water treatment service. Before noon on Sunday, Foxpaw reached out to me with two emails to tell me they were having no problem with my phone and to call them for further direction. In that conversion, the customer service person said that they did not recommend their water treatment service if the phone is now working. They warned that intermittent screen display problem could continue since it had been submerged in water. But, she offered to refund my fee and make my phone available for pick up later that afternoon. It was ready before promised and has been working perfectly.....let's keep hoping. I couldn't ask for better service. My only problem was what that touch screen at the kiosk would not register my touch selections unless I pushed very hard on the screen and it took many, many, many swipes to get the card reader to read my credit card.
