The team members, Dom, Christian, and Benny, demonstrated a good level of professionalism, care, and respect throughout the process. They are indeed strong young men! They efficiently removed a dishwasher, small television, metal canopy, parts of wicker chairs, a tub, and tub liners in what felt like no time at all--super quick and efficient!. While I found Jersey Junkers to be EXPENSIVE( $469) , which is why I rated them four stars, I recognize that there are costs associated with junk disposal. We had a great experience with Jersey Junkers! Scheduling was a breeze--they came the next day after my call. Though my job was a tough one, these guys were up to the task. We had a full size stackable washer/dryer removed from a closet in our bathroom. During the removal process, we realized that the builder actually built the closet AROUND the washer dryer! So, in order to remove the unit, Dane and his crew had to skillfully disassemble both the washer and dryer piece by piece so that it could be removed from the bathroom closet. This was a tedious job, other companies may have given up, or told me it was impossible. Jersey Junkers was up to the task, and figured it out! I would highly recommend these guys. Great service, just great! I called twice about emptying a storage unit, once for info on pricing and once to schedule a pick-up. Both times I talked to a real person and got accurate and reliable information regarding pricing, scheduling and pick up. They called a half hour before they met me and were very prompt in arriving (more prompt than me, actually). The hauled away what needed to be hauled away, were careful and quick, assured me they would do what they could to donate a few pieces, were more than fair in assigning a price and emailed me a receipt on the spot. After a frustrating set of "no replies" from a handful of companies through Home Advisor, I did a web search and made a call to Jersey Junkers on a whim as they were fairly close to us. Within minutes I was set up for a huge pickup of mixed debris (a garage full and then some). The guys showed up the same day in two trucks, loaded everything amazingly fast, and cleaned up the garage and driveway better than it was. Absolutely great service, friendly and reasonably priced.
