Clavell was helpful in setting me up with a replacement iPhone. I could wait until the new SE comes out tomorrow, but I'm lazy and inpatient so I just bought an iPhone 8 and I'm very happy. Due to COVID precautions, staff are unable to touch customers' phones, so I'll sort out the SIM card thing later tonight. I like the strict COVID precautions and it is good to see the staff adhering to them. Clavell gave me a sheet that explains how to set up my new phone. Easy access to this location, right off Mannheim and the Ike. Free parking. Quarantine hours are slightly restricted, but they are open to 6:00 pm today, so I was very happy to get in and score a new phone today. Great staff. Very clean store. read more

Anthony and Angelica are by far the most patient and helpful individuals out there. The level of customer service they provided me and my family far exceeded my expectations. I think in their shoes I would of thrown myself out of the store. I failed miserably at setting up my iPhone and created a ton of issues. On separate occasions the calmly troubleshooted my issues and did not just pass me off to the Apple Store. They also helped my family consolidate our phone plans saving us a ton of money. Got great deals on a couple of new phones and accessories. They helped turn an incredibly frustrating situation into a pleasant one I will not soon forget. I needed a second cellphone to assist me in distributing narcotics, so I rolled up in here at around 7pm on a Tuesday. Management at this branch underestimates 'Mericas' obsession with cellphones. I base that on only having two employees working (one of whom was in training). The store was packed to the gills with customers who were becoming frustrated and restless while waiting to be assisted. Myself included. I remained calm, but I was on the brink of bussin' caps in somebody's ass. Compton. I got no beef with the employees at this store. Dey cool. There just needs to be more of them. I don't give no f*ck if there's only an hour left 'til close. Girls need to post selfies on Instagram, and dudes need to Snapchat pictures of their peter weeter to some unsuspecting girls, 24/7. My husband visited this store today. He had a 1 pm appointment, but went in a bit early. There were no other customers and only one female employee. Long story short, the clerk was very rude and borderline manic in her behavior. My husband lost patience and told her she was acting inappropriately and appeared to be high on coke or some other stimulant. Needless to say, he left the store without completing a transaction. read more

I was in the store only because my mom sadly still has this pathetic phone company but WOW what poor customer service for this location the female manager Stephanie is very rude she looked over me and my mom like we weren't even in the store or in her face and just didn't matter and there's just two co workers working in the store hmm maybe the store should be shut down and my God no one knows how to speak English everything is Spanish I thought we were in America people!!!
