He responded super fast as we exchanged messages finalizing options and contract details. After finalizing the contract, he had me booked on the schedule for the following week. They kept me apprised of status throughout, and made sure to explain to me what they were doing and then how to navigate the cameras software. They cleaned up and didn't leave a mess behind. And when we had an issue with one of the cameras several days after installation, he came right back out, determined it to be faulty camera, and he replaced it right away and checked all the others as well.
