I want to give a huge thank you to the greeter his name slips my mind he is absolutely right about welcoming in people with a friendly courteous manner it sets the tone for the whole visit- he assigned me Anthony to set up services. I want to give them a great praise for getting me on track with affordable services and a prepaid option. They gave me great conversation on my travels and it is hopeful to see people that do work and the store independant and they seem to be culturally proud and help the people in not only their community but to extend it further to even an outsider like me. If I could give zero, I would. Worst location. My sister lost her phone in the keys and we stopped here on our way home. Dealt with Ana who had an attitude the whole time, could hardly understand her and she explained nothing. Make a long story short, we were not given a receipt when we left. We pulled the receipts up online and there were so many charges she did not authorize nor were they discussed with my sister. Thankfully she found a helpful T-Mobile location that looked everything over and removed all charges down to what she originally went in for. read more

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! Look at all the pages. T-Mobile does not have honest tactics. T-Mobile trains their employees to scam you into getting accessories by stating its included, but it's not!!! What they do not tell you is that you will pay monthly for them throughout the term of your lease agreement. What they tell you at the store is not an accurate reflection of what you will be paying. Your bill will be easily $20-$30 more monthly. I was told I would receive a specific discount for each phone turned on and the amount was not accurate. I am extremely dissatisfied with this trickery just to meet sales quotas. Nothing like bad customer service. I could go on and on... I will NOT be recommending anyone to any T-Mobile. read more

This is the most incompetent T-Mobile location I have ever encountered when they sold me the jump program last year they informed me I had insurance unfortunately I lost my phone two weeks ago and have been sent a total of three damaged phones. I was told to come to this office to activate the 4th phone and received no help and told by the rep there was no notes to receive a free sim card. The rep was rude and show no customer service training at all. T Mobile will be loosing all my lines business. read more

Wow, really nice guys and they know the bait and switch like nobodys business. Very loud store, employees were talking smack about other employees and lots of complaining and then in the same breath complementing each other about there success for being #1 for sales, which made me hesitant . I was in there for 2.75 hours buying a new S7.. He kept saying he was new to this store so things were different than his other store. So as my S7 was being set up he told me since I have been with T-Mobile and am a great customer with good credit today I could get the case, screen protection and Beat headphones for a really good deal. Quoted me the price, which was a good deal, I told him I would buy them today for cash I didn't want it to go on my account as a recurring monthly payment. He said no problem. Couldn't figure out how to do that in the computer so he had his manager come out to show him. He had printed out several forms throughout my hours there. I saw on the screen at several times with wrong amounts and then when the manager came out and changed it, it looked correct. I gave him my cc and he processed it 2 different times. I told him when it was coming up with the wrong amounts I would not pay full price for any of the items, I would go and buy them online. He said of course why would anyone pay full retail. So now a month passes and I get my t-mobile bill and looky, looky There is a recurring charge on my account for all 3 items at full retail price. I look for my receipt in the bag with all my boxes from the store and guess what he didn't put give me one. Thank goodness I didn't open the Beats headphones and took it back to my local retail store, which this store was not, they were imitating a t-mobile corp. store. The corp store was nice enough to give me my money back on the Beats headphones but I still ended up paying full retail for the screen protector and case. WATCH OUT FOR THIS STORE, THEY NO HOW TO PLAY THE GAME! read more
