I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience in this store. I was looking to do a watch upgrade. Fairly simple and easy process. The employee I had seemed new which wasn't an issue whatsoever. The issue that persisted was the confusion the employee expressed after telling them what I was there for. I'm not going to blame this certain employee because I feel that their performance is a reflection of their boss's ability to train. Unfortunately they could not upgrade my watch and said I had to do it online. Oddly enough, I had gotten off the phone with the call center a few hours before visiting the store and they said it was perfectly fine for me to do it in store. After leaving the store empty handed, I proceeded to call the center again to make sure I wasn't wrong. The representative I spoke to also showed confusion as to why I couldn't be accommodated for what I needed. They also told the representative they didn't have the watch in stock even though I saw it physically in front of me. I generally felt like my needs weren't worth their time. I wish it could've gone differently since the watch was going to be a Christmas gift for my wife. I ordered the watch online myself and can only hope it arrives on time. I was a Sprint customer for more than 10 years. Recently, Sprint announced it's upcoming merger with T-mobile, and soon after announced "Sorint was now T-Mobile. I wanted to check on a cheaper plan because I was paying a lot and make only a few calls a month and a moderate amount of text messages. I went into the T-Mobile store on 290 and 34th which is near my house. The employees and manager were very friendly and helped me switch to T-Mobile from Sprint, which would be more than 30 dollars less every month. The updated my phone which I already had and I was happy and left feeling good about the experience. A month later I received an email from Sprint saying I owed $114 and needed to pay within 7 days or they would send a debt collector after me. It was very confusing since "Sprint was now T-mobile. I returned to the Sprint store because I was confused about my status and the email threatening debt collection. I was recurved to see the friendly store manager (tall Hispanic guy with dark goatee) was working. I told him I had a situation I hoped he could help me with. Suddenly the once friendly guy who enthusiastically helped me "save money by switching to T-mobile from Sprint," which now claimed to be T-mobile (confusing I know) was rude and seemed bothered by my questions. He barely made eye contact. He was rude and disrespectful, and talked to me like I was a moron. "What, did you think you could switch to T-mobile and not be responsible for your commitment to Sprint?" I immediately regretted switching to T-mobile. I'll never set foot in that store again as long as this clown works there. He's a fake. All smiles as he signs you up but all attitude the minute you have a question or issue. Sure, he's just a manager at a T-mobile store m, but he is immature, incompetent and rude to customers, which are obviously not important to him. I would have dropped T-mobile based solely on my experience with this loser if it weren't for the amazing customer service I received after calling customer support. They were helpful and friendly. Do yourself a favor and avoid going to this store. The guy is a jerk and incapable of being a professional. This store is sooo busy, but Daneil Soto is always available to help out. I've been to this T-Mobile for all my needs. Other thoughts about this location are that the other employees sit outside and smoke cigarettes. Frankly, it's gross and unattractive. Also, the tablets in the store are not functional. Kinda sad because they try to sell these things and we can't even use the displays. read more

This store changed its number along time ago but hasn't changed it , even one 800 T-Mobile doesn't know the new number. I have a lost iPhone the alarm went off that it was there I couldn't get to the store there was no way to contact I called the store next-door and the young lady sent a message with my name and number and walked over there and gave it to a lady who works there and told her it was an emergency to call me she never did the phone was lost again.
