Fred was determined to get to the bottom of it, helped me find the right external hard drive to protect my photo memories, and walked me through it all in under an hour and made sure to give me some online resources for additional guidance at home. He made what could've been a frustrating tech visit feel calm and handled. Even though I was one of the last three customers in the store, the whole staff was welcoming and never made me feel rushed.
