Can't do 5 stars because I was in the store way too long and didn't accomplish my goals. I will say that the employees try harder at this location. Hailey definitely went out of her way to help and I respect that, even though some things were simply out of her control. I appreciate that she tried. I was ready to just cancel my service and go elsewhere. Now because of Hailey not only am I staying but I just increased my bill by 52% with all the stuff I bought. Alrighty then! T-Mobile has greatly improved their 5G Home Internet service, and is is now much more reliable. It's been at least multiple weeks since the service has dropped out. In fact it's been reliable enough that I don't even recall the last time there was a real outage, sorry I haven't logged it! Bottom line, T-Mobile has taken action to improve the reliability of the 5G Home Internet service, and the speeds can be fantastic for "over the air" broadband. I got over 350Mb/s in one of my initial tests. read more

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for well over 10 years and the last two years of that experience has been a roller coaster ride. Not only did I find that Netflix on us is not on us it's on the person paying the bill so that was a lie. I found out they were charging me $20 then a phone line that I've been asking for over two years to be removed 24 months at five dollars a month that's $120 that I'm paying for something I've been asking to be removed modem was charged to my account going from its nice reasonable economical amount that was agreed-upon before I realized my discounts were missing went to outrageous over $500 and this brings me to the problem of today that modem hasn't been credited I'm still paying for a line I requested to be removed and they try to charge me without my consent T-Mobile I don't know what happened to you but y'all suck read more

This review is about Sandeep (aka, Sunny). Management, please do read this and relay my thanks to him! I came to the store with frustration from other Tmobile store because they were short-staffed and was unable to authorize a request I had already gotten from Tmobile customer care. Sunny empathized with my frustration and went above and beyond my expectation by checking into things and be willing to help. I was not only able to return phone accessory but also received a refund in cash instead of card refund. Sunny has concept of what customer service is all about. Most employees I have met wanted to do just a bare minimum but Sunny was more than willing to meet my needs in his best capability. Thank you again Sunny. You deserve a recognition and this is the only way I know how to give that. I would have to drive extra miles but I will be always coming to see you when I need a service. read more

To start off... making a decision to switch plans or look into options.. we already anticipated the time and patience you'll need because.. let's get real - the process typically sucks. This is why you should NEVER go into a Carrier store. . . I just wanted to share my experience activating 2 new lines at the Kent Station T-Mobile location and would like to know what other experiences people have received from similar in-store purchases elsewhere. First off, I want begin my story by saying that there have been great people that I have worked with at this location but overall, half of the management team and staff were extremely condescending about the entire process. Luckily, I worked directly with the store manager who was very helpful but honestly I am regretting ever stepping foot into a store directly. I have been a huge advocate for activating the phones in person (because of my experience) but I will never step foot in a T-Mobile store for as long as live and I encourage everyone to purchase their phones online and activating them over a phone if they have issues. The same goes for Verizon, AT&T, and every other phone carrier out there. Phones sales folks are this generations "Used car Salesman" and they will lie to get you to do want they want. It's nothing new to most of you, but I know that these stores aren't necessary and in many situations they cause WAY more harm. Below I have given a day to day recap of what happened: feel free to scroll down as far as you can take it. Steps taken to get the phone Day 1 1: I walked into the store 2: Store Associate Alexander helped my Fiancé and me 3: Store associate Alexander assured us that our current S7 couldn't work on T-Mobile (should just pre order S8) --Found out this wasn't true later 3: Alexander didn't know the promotions for S8, however he looked in the back and found a piece of paper with the promotions. I read it as he didn't seem familiar with 4: I mentioned that I was switching carriers, so wanted phones to be shipped to the store (which turned out to be the worst mistake), and said that we would get a tracking information when the new phones shipped later that month. 5: confirm that the shipping address is in fact the store location. Summary of Day 1: Overall, some spotty customer service but overall I still felt good. Day 2: 1: Get confirmation that package has been delivered. 2: Store manager says they cannot find my package and goes over to Josh who is the store Manager 3: the Package we found got delivered to a different address and now they need to intercept that from UPS 4: blaming UPS for delay, turns out the delivery address was in fact my fiancés mother house. I wanted it shipped to the store 5: Store Manager says that to come back tomorrow after mentioning that we had dinner reservation and we'll get everything worked for you no matter what Summary of Day 2: I was Shocked that anyone could lose a package to the store, more than anything they didn't have a solution for me and I had already paid for the product. So I was patient and could have been very upset if I chose, but I didn't. Day 3 1: They still can't get my 2 phones found. 2: they ask if I can wait to get the phones 3: I say no. that doesn't work for me 4: they say "we'll wait for the refund and we can ship the phones back out" 5: I saw I don't have 300 extra dollars. 6: they end up giving the phone via a manual process Summary of Day 3: Exhausted but relieved that I got my phones, left with wasting over 4 extra hours with their in store that could have been avoided by not coming into the store Day 4 1: Fiancés data won't work, we go into the store to check it out 2: ask to be helped by the same guy Alexander. 3: I mention it's a data issue and I would prefer to swap out the sim cards then trade in the phones. 4: he says "its not a data issue" and his fix was to change my fiancés phone to just 4g not 4gLTE. *Side bar that isn't ever a fix if someone ever tried to do this instore then they are avoiding exchanging the phones** 5: swap out sim cards and alexander goes to a different customer because he "needs to help out the people that just came into the store and not me" 6: I wait to speak to the store manager who I forgot her name but was the rudest/condescending human I have ever met. 7: I told her same thing and she didn't recognize me from a few days earlier w read more

I visited the store in need of a phone charger. I had questions about service plans and phone devices. The representative demonstrated professionalism and was knowledgeable about the products and services offered by T-Mobile. I would strongly recommend this location and the representatives. I did receive a great welcome by Im assuming the manager, but he placed me with a representative that was rushing me, speaking over me, and just completely uninterested in what I needed. I went into the Kent Station T-Mobile and was helped by Sunny, Manny and Saraji (apologize for any misspellings). These three individuals went so far out of their way to be helpful and to help solve my issue I am still amazed. All three ended up staying over an hour late in the store and they are the only reason I did not cancel my service with T-Mobile. Just to give an idea, when I went into the store I was mad, upset, probably a little crazy and ready to cancel my account. When I left I was smiling, thanking the three of them and happy. This is a great place to buy a new phone check a plan out pay phone bills and check out new and exciting accessories but one thing is and that i have noticed is that the store associates are rude and disrespectful. They will mean mug you and then when you ask the m what they are looking at they will deny it. They don't treat there customers nicely at this location at all. I don't like it. I came into this location to trade in my malfunctioning phone and was initially greeted by staff politely. After being told incorrectly how to proceed in replacing my defective property, the staff member Cristina, Retail Assistant Manager, was short in her responses and confused about the different protocols related to using insurance and JUMP programs. In the end I wound up not being helped to fix, replace, or generally rectify the situation around my phone. I will be switching to AT&T this week. read more

Kaelyn and Aaron(the reps) really excel at saying that. I beg whomever is reading this to NOT sign up for the switch to T-Mobile and let them pay for your early termination fee offer bs. As you can see by the other reviews this place is poorly managed, with the help of dishonest employees. I recently switched my lines over and was help by Pavel. I was promised I would receive $300 credits for switching over. The manager and business rep also gave the okay. After 2 months I didn't receive any credits so I contacted Pavel. He claimed that he tried calling me and that he didn't make any promises even though he did otherwise why would I switch. He then told me to go to the store since he no longer worked for T-mobile and his business manager was no longer related to his work. I stop by the store what a surprise they tell me no notes were ever put on my account for credits, and Pavel still works for t-mobile just another store. They do absolutely nothing for me except direct me to go to the new store Pavel works at where they want me to waste more time and head there. Save yourself time and money and go to an authorized dealer or another company that actually doesn't sell lies. read more

I have been with T-mobile 11 years and as of recently they no longer honer there upgrade policy for after 2 years of service you receive a new phone for a discounted price. But what they do honer is that you locked into your contract and will pay an outrageous termination fee or you can pay $600 dollars in payments for a new phone! After 11 years of happy service I've never been so unhappy with your company, I will never use T-mobile again and won't let any friends or family go with your service. read more

If I could rate this store -5 I def would, these assh*les duped me of over $300 AND didn't give me the phone!!! I came in with my stepdaughter a little after store hrs (I called just before they closed telling them I'm wanting to upgrade one of my lines and get the Note 5), we got to the store and the sales rep (Jephtey) rang up the phone. I knew I had a deposit and after taxes the rep told me the total and I swiped my debit card and put in my PIN number, afterwards the screen popped up the remaining bal of the phone as if it was trying to ring me up like I was buying the phone outright! The rep grabbed the store manager (Josh) saw the screen.. The screen said: Subtotal- $600 Payment Received- $341.64 Payment Balance due- $387.99 Josh told Jephtey to exit the screen so "he can pull it up on the other register", why he did that.. I'll never know, but after Jephtey exited the screen he was on which was in the middle of the transaction-- ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY COULD NOT PULL UP THE TRANSACTION!!!! They said they couldn't find anything under my name, any of the numbers on my acct, or the amount that I just paid that WE ALL SAW I PAID! They told me to call my bank and have the transaction cancelled, I have mobile banking (Netspend) and showed them that the transaction already POSTED not PENDING on my acct.. They assured me I should be able to have my bank cancel the transaction because "they have no record of the transaction that it ever happened, even though the rep.. My stepdaughter, myself. AND THE STORE MANAGER saw the screen the rep was on before Josh had told Jephtey to exit the screen, it's been going on two weeks now with me waiting for my bank to do the investigation as I filed a dispute against the transaction and I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK! Don't ever go to this location, they will steal your money and pretend they never charged your card in the first place because oddly enough their system won't show you ever did any transaction there at all, best believe at the first chance I get I will switch providers.. I had just got off a 8 hour shift in Renton around 5pm. Mind you before I left I had spoke with a women that works there and she informed me that they have 2nd gen AirPods in stock and that she would keep it on hold for me. I sat in traffic for 45 minutes. Once I got the the T-Mobile store their store manager handed me a cover case for AirPods. I corrected their mistake and he went back in their stockroom and came back a few minutes later stating they don't have any in stock. These store employees lack communication and attention to detail. They're irresponsible and should get retrained for several weeks. They have no customer service and lack having sympathy. I was surrounded by 4 employees and not once did I hear we're sorry. Just bought a iPhone 8 plus with them and very disappointed that I had a upgrade support charge $20 when I wasn't notified before payment and after I saw receipt they couldn't do anything to take it away and it's $50 charge restock if I want to return.
