He told us it was $65 for a battery if we brought in the old battery. So, we stopped in today to make our purchase. We saw Darius & he seemed to have a better attitude. He wasn't short or rude like he was yesterday. We got the battery & he told us there's a 6 month warranty on it for 6 months. If we lose the receipt, the warranty is voided. There's no information on our receipt (ie. customer name or detailed battery information). So, I will be sure not to lose it. I recommend this place if you need a battery for the low, but that's about it.

My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address. So it can take a little bit if you have a big print project.

Also, they requested we purchase a new duct that was fire resistant and that was $99. I liked the service but the cost seemed a little steep for labor that took less than 45 minutes. The guy who did the service was nice. Also, I need to add that you have to pay a $49 service fee just for them to come to your home and get a quote which is why I wanted to provide the prices. For context, our laundry is on the second floor and we live in a three story townhome where the exhaust is on the top of the roof.
